“I was absolutely thrilled with this company and their service! I received an estimate within hours based on my photos and description of items and needs that turned out to be completely accurate. Arturo and Vincent arrived a few minutes early and treated my move and my things with the utmost care and professionalism (not to mention how quickly they worked)! This company also was willing to go to multiple stops to accommodate getting me all moved in in one day. I would definitely recommend and use them again, and I felt the price was absolutely fair. They also disposed of an old mattress for me. So happy and impressed!”

“I highly recommend this moving company! They moved me from Petaluma into storage, where my belongings will be stored for three years. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and took great care of everything. The estimate was for 4 men and 8 hours, but they completed my entire move in under 7 hours! They worked efficiently while making sure everything was handled with care. They did exactly what they said they would, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking moving team. I would definitely use them again for my next move!”

“I used Sunny Movers when I relocated to the Bay Area six years ago, and called them again this summer when I planned to move back to my previous town. They were extremely efficient, helpful, friendly, and strategic about packing the truck so it saved us time on the other end. Would absolutely use them again!”

“I scheduled last minute and I was quoted fairly and scheduled without issue right away. Everyone from the owner to their team leads kept in great contact thru text and e-mail. Punctual. Priced very fair. I loved everything except being asked to write a review when I was scheduled and not at the end of business. Good Green is great. Would Recommend.”

“Bob and his associate Demetrius assembled and installed 7 tall cabinets in my garage. They were excellent to work with. Came on time, had attention to detail, worked diligently and were pleasant the whole time. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Orchid & Crate for a move or other related work.”

“From excellent estimator Gus, to delivery driver Daniel, I had a good experience. The three man packing crew were friendly, helpful and worked quickly. Daniel and the two independent unpackers were also excellent. My one stress was waiting for delivery. I was given an estimated time frame 7-10 days. Load delivered on 11th day. Updates in that period were inconsistent. I think the move coordinator could have been more helpful. Our load did not move from the storage warehouse on N CA until two days before delivery to WA state. I do understand the logistics of combining loads. My load was rather small, less than 10,000lbs so other customers had to be secured. The delivery date was changed a few times as well as delivery time. I never received a call from the driver regarding delivery as I was told I would. The truck did come the day estimated but I did not receive a notification confirming the arrival time. Despite that everything went great with unloading which was done before noon. One thing I found frustrating was when checking off items as they delivered, the hand writing of the person who itemized each item was very hard to read. It made it very difficult for me and the driver to determine and identify what might be missing from the load. Fortunately everything was there but it took a lot of time to match a few items without numbers. It's a good system but I would suggest to management they stress to that person itemizing the load to be very clear with their writing to avoid that issue at the end of the process. Lots of words to say North American/Robb &Messer overall did a very good job.”

“I am so impressed with everyone I've dealt with at Careful Movers. I had an unusual move because I was only moving out for 48 hours and was hoping to store everything either on my balcony or at a neighbor's. Sam outlined all my options, rates, and fees and was kind and informed me of any extra charges so I could budget the move.Cody and Tyler were my movers and I couldn't have asked for better! They were quick and kind and friendly. Moving is a pain and everyone at Careful Movers made it painless! A special thanks to Sam who went up and beyond for me. Can't say enough wonderful things about the whole experience! THANK YOU”
