“I was too flustered to get her name but either your lovely employee or perhaps the owner helped me in my time of need without a pause or expectation of anything but helping a fellow person in need. This isn’t about the storage facility per se but just the absolute kindness that was displayed. I had found myself with a popped tire and pulled over to deal with it she came over without hesitation offering her help and guidance to change my tire, when many others passed by (as most would do) she took time out of cleaning up the area just to help. Not sure of your name but I hope you see this and I hope your kindness is paid back and then some. Thank you so much for helping this exhausted overwhelmed mother in her time of need!!”
“We have had nightmare issues with storage facilities in the past! But here, Patricia has not only made it doable, she has been sooo helpful with everything we've needed to do! Rolling carts appear, we got water, she's amazing! So yes! I would recommend using this facility just because of how professional and truly nice Patricia is! Hugs, Di Senn”
“Easiest rental ever, Orlin was so helpful and knowledgeable, pretty streamlined. The units are tall, easy to access, I like that they have their own lock system. The building is well lit, clean, big elevators, and even has flatbeds we can use. Also close & easy parking.”
