These people are the worst! They gave me a delivery window of 12:45 to 4:45. I made a special trip home only to find that they attempted delivery @ 12:20. To add insult to injury (after I complained to their call center), they called to inform me that they would try again that day (since the driver was still out on delivery). Of course, nothing was delivered and no notice was provided. My resolve is simple: I will not do business with anyone that uses UPS for their deliveries! End of problem!

Drivers are unprofessional they put an update on my delivery saying they made to an attempt to drop off my package I looked at the time they put and I was outside during the time they said they had stopped by nobody ever showed up to my doorstep within the time limit they had said. Called customer service as well they were really unprofessional not giving updates on certain things and that package I was waiting for was an expensive one as well.

UPS is %100 dysfunctional in my region. Unable or unwilling to deliver packages. Drivers lie and steal packages on a daily basis. I recommend ANY other package delivery service. I have no idea how UPS stays in business. WORST customer support ever.

Update:I filed a lost claim because package was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. No word from UPS so far on my package or anything. No note, call, or email. After submitting a claim I received an email from retailer (not UPS) that my package was damaged in transit. I am VERY disappointed in how this was handled. Do better UPS.My package has been sitting at this facility for days, I live 15 minutes away. I have been waiting over a week for it. No explanation on why I haven’t got it other than this facility is poorly ran.

Saw the driver pull up and waited for him to unload my package (live in apt). He never did and I almost instantly was informed via email that it was “undeliverable “ and I’d have to pick it up at the local office. So after a $7 charge and a 1.5 hr window to pick it up (had to take time off work) I finally got it.From the sound of it, this office has a big issue with this. How many review will it take to make a change? “I apologize for the inconvenience “ doesn’t cut it anymore. Bad service is on you

I recently ordered an item for work and received an email stating that said item was delivered. Upon getting home the package marked delivered to my front door was not at my door. I called customer service and got an automated message from the robot telling me to file a claim. I wanted to speak to customer service and could not get connected. Gone are the days when you actually had gotten good service from a real person. I basically just threw my money in the trash.

It has taken time and frustration, over the years, to get my packages delivered to my home. I have a new driver who is dumping them at the mailbox, on the street. I cannot get anyone on the phone, to fix it. I've been hung up on 3X this morning, by the bot. I'm a real person and would like to be treated like one.

I was sent an email stating that my parcel would be delivered between 15:00 and 18:30. I made the mistake of believing UPS. I ran an errand returning at 12:00 only to find they had already been at my address and will try again tomorrow.

I feel bad about giving them only two stars since our regular driver is awesome. This issue I have is with the driver that covers for the normal guy on his day off. They will either leave it at the post office for me to hunt down (how is that ok?!) or leave it at my next door neighbor’s house right under a sign with their address on. I have lost count of how many times this has happened. So getting a delivery to my door turns into a time-suck treasure hunt. I’ve called multiple times to see if I can ask them to do their job properly but the main customer service center simply sends the Petaluma branch an “urgent” message for them to call me and then they don’t.

My delivery experiences with these UPS drivers (or maybe it's just one driver who's on this route) has really gone downhill the past month or so. Twice the driver has left (or haphazardly thrown) packages in an unsafe location (we had a package stolen because of its unsafe location), instead of placing them in a normal location, like on our door mat or near the front door. This is unacceptable, and this is the laziest and sloppiest behavior I have ever observed from UPS.Management: Please instruct your drivers to actually attempt to care about what may happen to people's packages if placed in an unsafe location and actually place the packages in a SAFE location near people's front doors.

They made 2 attempts for delivery. The 1st attempt - they said nobody was there to accept pkg, except there was no signature required. The 2nd attempt - they said they didn't have access to the building - except this was a private home on a public street. I had to make arrangements to pick-up @ UPS. They charged me an additional $7.95 fee. The place was closed (all day). Thankfully, a driver was there & got my pkg for me. The refrigerated pkg with a ham inside was warm. (They killed my Easter Dinner Ham). So pathetic...and I had to pay extra for this.

AGAIN ... a package mailed through UPS on March 23rd is sitting in UPS as undeliverable when in fact the mailing address is accurate and this is approximately the 6th time UPS has either returned a package or just let the package sit in the warehouse ... with zero notification UPS even endeavored to deliver the package. Really?!

My nightmare started with Apple shipping my new Mac from China via UPS. Then no updates en route after it arrived in Hong Kong for four days. I phoned UPS and was told I needed to call a different number for international shipments. Fortunately, they transferred me over and the gentleman that helped me told informed me my package was lost and that I had to contact Apple. I contacted Apple and started making a request for replacement. A couple of days went by and then I see my package is in transit again. I kept tracking from Taiwan to Alaska to Tennessee to California and finally arrived on the Sunday morning at the Petaluma depot with delivery expected by Monday 7PM. I stay home all day waiting for the delivery. I leave the automatic gate half open so the driver can walk in. I walk in and out about every 15 minutes to see if he's here. At 6:10 PM I check online for the umpteenth time to find "pickup attempted" at 5:50. Pickup? It's an effing delivery! I heard no truck in the driveway. I don't believe he ever came. I call UPS and they said they'd try to reach the Petaluma depot to contact the driver and they would have the depot call me. After reading the reviews here, I know there's no chance in hell of getting a phone call from the Petaluma depot. So many errors in this whole organization and there's never any recourse and never any accountability. F them.

I was trying to make a left turn into a driveway on Cypres in a tractor/trailer. As I started turning I looked to my left to see a male ups worker attempting to pass me on the left in a white pickup. Apparently he doesn't care about his life much as he was apparently trying to cause a serious wreck where he'd be the only victim. Trying to pass semi's on the left as they're turning left is attempted suicide.
