“Was tired of the lousy service and office staff with Amerigas, we have been a customer for 15 years. McPhail’s seemed like a great option. We planned the swap and Shaun, showed up on time, was very kind, brought the new tank and did the swap and reconnected the gas line. Shaun relit our appliances and did a great job! Matt in the office, was great at coordinating all the work. We look forward to a long relationship with McPhail’s!”
“We became aware that we had run out of propane at 1:00am. There was no one available at Amerigas by phone (and this was not an emergency.) I sent them an email reporting that I urgently needed a propane delivery. At 7:30am (six and a half hours later) Amerigas was knocking at my door to make a delivery! The driver relit the stove and water heater (it took him almost an hour to get them relit.) We've used Amerigas for over 20 years and have never had anything but quick, efficient and courteous service from them.”

“done business with the owner great people, friendly staff. YEAH dont pay pge and they turn off gas so fast, to see that review saying nothing was paid for 6 months till their gas was shut off was so dang accommodating on Decarli’s part. PAY YOUR BILLS and you wont get service shut off. the audacity to leave a bad review over being shady yourself! and refusing to pay your bill and basically stealing!”
