I am very happy with Raley's pharmacy! In fact, its service is the best in Petaluma. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They always answer the phone in a timely manner and are courteous when I pick up my prescription. I would also like to give a special shout out to Mike, who is one of the pharmacists. Not only is he an excellent pharmacist; but he is patient and understanding when you have questions or concerns.

I'm shocked at the negative reviews. I have used Raley's pharmacy in Petaluma for years. I have had nothing but good experiences. I've never had to wait in a long line like you do at CVS, every employee has been courteous and attentive. They always pick up if I call with a question. They offer easy curbside pick up for seniors and people with disabilities. I have gotten my Covid, flu and shingles vaccines here and the pharmacists giving the shots are so good at what they do. Very professional in every way. Re the negative reviews, I wonder what kind of behaviors you exhibited to get perceived negative treatment. I also think everyone's tolerance for any inconvenience has become very low during the pandemic. Please be courteous, and that's what you'll get back.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I wish I could give zero stars because one is too high. They are horrible and extremely rude. If you call anytime later than 12 about filling a prescription they will treat you with zero respect. I recently had surgery and any time I needed to call about picking up my meds they questioned me and treated me like I was a scum bag. They don't have the right to ask some of the questions they do and today was my last straw. Hands down worst pharmacy I have ever used and I highly advise you to not waste your time. Most miserable and rude people I have ever had to deal with.

Always short staffed, they never have the meds even when they text to let you know your meds are ready! They put you on hold for 20 plus minutes sometimes. I will be changing pharmacies ASAP

I used to be a fan of the Raley's pharmacy. Friendly staff, quick turnaround, limited waits. Now, they are becoming like Safeway and CVS. The opposite of what I just mentioned. Recently, it took almost three days to get a prescription. That's partly on me - I could request it earlier. The troubling thing was that I called after a couple of days and they said it would be ready - it wasn't. Later, I checked again and the person said that they had reduced staffing levels and prescriptions were taking ten times longer - which must be an exaggeration. I don't know about ten times longer but reducing staff is the problem. Now, they seem very harried when you call - and that's when someone answers. I've let the phone ring for over 15 minutes. It never rolled over to voicemail.

Horrible Pharmacist! Unhappy staff. Take your business elsewhere. A prescription should not take 2 hours to fill for a child. ** I appreciate your kind response Chris.

They get to know you and seem to care for you. If any issues came up they go out of their way and research every possibility until they find you help. They make you feel like you are the only one around; they’re patient, explain things well, and they’re always kind and courteous. They are quick and efficient, you never have to wait long, and although they can be that way, they still make you feel like you are the only one, all their attention and focus is completely on you. They make you feel valued.

The Pharmacy Team treats me like I'm the only person in the world that matters. They have spent time after time dealing with Insurance issues, contacting my MD's office to get the proper authorizations (when my MD's office forgot to do their job) and they are as nice a staff as I've ever dealt with at any Pharmacy...ever. I highly recommend them if you want caring, compassionate and professional pharmacy services.

Beautiful grocery store. Dissapointed in the Deli area, and the lack of a salad bar & hot food bar

Raley’s is great! They carry our favorite Sonoma Brinery Sauerkraut and other local products.

I shop here weekly and I love the entire staff. All of them are so friendly and always happy to help. Today I had Remy and Russel as my cashier and bagger and they provided excellent service with a smile and even though I had checked my eggs Remy spotted a cracked one and Russ was back in a heartbeat with new ones! This store is doing something right because they have great service so I will keep coming back!

Pharmacy is the worst, I shop at the store that has the best pharmacy. I promise you no matter what you need for medicine, the first thing the Chinese Pharmacist working there will say n we can't do that. Sad Petaluma has so few options for pharmacies. Lucky's used to have the best pharmacists in town named Kevin, but now the every day pharmaceutics there is just as bad as Raleys. This sucks, I now have to fo to cvs because the grocery store pharmacies hire horrible people.

Compared to the Pleasanton branch, where I was a customer for ten years before moving to this area, this branch is a disappointment. The produce is often very picked over, leaving empty shelves. The meat section is equally disappointing; the selection is inferior and there is generally less meat overall. The same picked over and shelves left empty issue affects the meat and seafood department. In the past I've justified the somewhat higher prices paid at Raley's versus competitors on the basis of meat and produce, dry goods being generally equivalent, but that's not true when comparing this Raley's to the closest Safeway (a quarter mile away). Even the deli is worse. The rotisserie chickens never seem to be under $7 and in three months I've yet to see the deli discount hot items.
