I had a great experience with Kylie today. She was very informative and walked me through the steps throughly. She was very much appreciated.

Most excellent personal service in helping me select sheers. Knowledgeable and they use the products on themselves or in their trade. Simply ask and they will help. This branch is probably the most helpful in my decades long red card holder experience ??

4th or 5th time I've been to this store. I keep hoping it will be different because the location is great. Very thinly stocked. Every time I go.I can't seem to get the full basics for any job. There are always items out of stock - really basic things. Yesterday I ended up having to go to another store, which made my stop here a complete waste of time.I've been given every excuse under the sun. But other Sally stores are stocked just fine. You have to stock your store with the product people expect to find at Sally stores if you want to stay open. Period.

I used a medium brown dye and my hair turned black. I was really panicked and wasn't sure how to lighten it. I went into the store twice with lots of questions. Kylie was very patient and helped me pick out new colors, a developer, and Argan Oil Color Remover. I was able to remove ALL of the dye and get back to my natural hair color. I didn't have to use the new color. I'm VERY pleased with the service and advice I received as this saved me a lot of money and hassle. I definitely recommend this location for advice as well as a robust option of beauty products!

I went blonde and my hair got so damaged but thanks to the team at Sally’s, especially Tania, I was able to get my hair to a more manageable texture again. Definitely my go to for essential beauty

Very rude employees. Asked for help multiple times and was told to figure it out. Managers are very rude and not helpful. I’ve been threatened too many times here

Here at 7 pm on a Wednesday. I do not live near a Sally Beauty Supply and it took me 30 minutes to get here. I needed protein filler and a developer which I couldn't find anywhere else. I checked the website which said closing time was 8 pm. I checked Google maps which said closing time was 8 pm. Once I got here, all the lights were turned off and doors were locked. Only the back lights were on. The opening/closing times next to the door said closing time on Wednesday was 8 pm. So that's three sources and the employees decided to close early because they felt like it. They didn't leave a note on the door. It was really annoying and inconvenient. I thought maybe they were on break or something (all I could think of) so I called the store number to see if anyone would hear and pick up. No answer. Do not come to this location without calling first!!! Even if the times say they are open. Even other times I have come here it's really hard to get help if more than one customer is in the store. I was waiting for one of the girls to help me but eventually just went to the register because I didn't want to keep waiting. She was helping a customer with hair color, but was going totally off topic recommending random products for her to try that she didn't ask for. I waited like five minutes. They also give customers paper bags with no handles to hold so there's no point.

I have a very sensitive client that is allergic to PPD, I've searched high and low and Sally's color ion is the best option when it comes to PPD free and gray coverage. I showed up to the Petaluma Sally's on Wednesday morning at 8:55am. Store to open at 9am via their answering machine and website. 9am no ones there 9:05 no ones there 9:10 no ones there 9:15 no ones there My first client was at 9:30 so I had to leave with out my necessary supplies. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I purchased earrings for sensitive ears, hypoallergenic . No refunds but thought it was ok. My ears had the same reaction as with cheap earrings . Pass on these. Customer service is hit & miss. When it's good , it's very good.
