I had a problem with a toilet roll holder (probably my fault). I contacted Sonoma Forge and they sent me a new one, no drama and no cost. I very much appreciated this level of customer support, it isn’t what usually happens. Their products are nice and well made, the customer service is outstanding.

I bought a Sonoma Forge external tub drain and overflow. I expect it will be perfect for my application. Meanwhile, it is very solid and well built. And Chris, at Sonoma Forge has been helpful above and beyond the call of duty. All told, I am really impressed!

This company produces gorgeous hand-crafted fixtures. The reason for the review, though, is their amazing customer service. After I sent an email about our tub filler developing a leak, someone called me within an hour and offered to send out a replacement. Will definitely purchase from them again.
