The place is pet friendly. A standout feature is the maintenance team, which is described as absolutely amazing, great, efficient, courteous, and easy to deal with. Issues are often fixed with care and urgency, frequently within 24-48 hours, with a simple online submission process. However, response can sometimes be slow, requiring a visit to the nearby office. Notable drawbacks include a lack of amenities. The units can be unusually warm, which is oppressive in warmer months. Location 10/10. Amenities, none. But what really makes this place worth living there is the Maitnance team. Freddy and his team are absolutely amazing. Any issues we have had with appliances has been fixed within 24-48 hours. It feels great knowing that any issues we have in the apartment with be fixed within care and urgency.
