All I can say is thank you Shiela, Silvia, and my hero Chris. These 3 folks made a not so good experience into a 5 star experience and renew my faith that there are good people in this crazy world. Mistakes happen but when they are acknowledged and made it right, that is true customer service!

Don't even bother going to this store if you are minority, especially black. I was literally willing to spend thousands of dollars until I had to deal with racist employee(s ), they acted like I wasn't even a human being. It is crazy it's 2023 and race shouldn't matter, especially in business. I have always shopped at tractor supply, I love shopping there for my pets and business and now this makes me very uncomfortable. One lady was doing nothing and said she was going to help me and grabbed her keys then disappeared and then went to help another customer. If it wasn't for only one nice lady who didn't care about race , came along and assisted me. Do better you guys.

Shipping and receiving. Called in 24 hours in advance, told them I would be there at 1pm to unload, they said no problem. I arrive 30 minutes before 1pm. They say it’s gunna be a minute we’re moving some stuff with the forklift. I waited 45 minutes went back to the door, when they answered they told me the receiver just went to lunch it’s going to be another thirty minutes. Why didn’t the receiver just tell me that. Very poor communication.

Sometimes just walking in the door, you know things are going to be great. That happened at Tractor Supply this evening. I walked in and was treated with, "Welcome in!" I asked for dog leashes. "Right this way!" said Bill P. Off we went to the pet section. Bill is the kind of employee who can get along with anyone. He can judge immediately whether a person can take a little kidding and fun. He was perfect. My purchase went smoothly (and it was less than I thought) and everyone was so polite and helpful. That is my favorite store!

Don’t bother with the makeshift vaccine clinic. I watched them turn away half of the customers because they are afraid to work with larger dog breeds. Just go to the veterinary office, don’t waste your time.

The staff is friendly, but every time I go here to get propane, they’re either out or the person certified to fill tanks is not working.It’s like trying to get ice cream at McDonald’s, but the machine is always broken.

Well I went into tractor supply today for dog food. There was a sign that said spend 50$ on purina pro plan and get a 10$ tractor gift card so I was thinking oh score I'll take that. I got to the register and paid my 60$ bill. I mentioned to the cashier there was a sign that said get 10$ gift card on a 50$ purchase. She told me oh you must return the product and we'll lower the price 10$ WTF? I swear I don't know why I bother going in there. That will be the last time for sure

Always have what I need at a fair price! And there is always some easily identifiable and ready to help you with finding things, checking the back for additional items, and assisting with loading up. Shop is clean and organized!
