the smug attitude of the of the attendant... was hilarious. considering working elsewhere in the same job... giving a free piece of tape isn't going to break the business. and the fact that amazon overshipped me items... when working on customer service, it's about the customer. not the rules and regulations.

Don’t waste your time with dropping USPS packages here. They charge a fee for a drop off when the other local stores don’t. Just silly. Everyone just trying to nickel and dime you these days.. already paid for the shipping, now another fee just to drop it off. Will not be returning to this location when need to ship a package via UPS.

We were notified that our package was delivered to this store. When we arrived they couldn’t find it. The young lady at the register was kind enough to try to call to see what could have happened to the package. However, the manager stormed in, and told her to hang up the phone. I believe her words were, “why are you wasting your time with this?”and very aggressively told us there was nothing they could do, it’s not their fault and we’d have to take it up with 1800-pick-ups. Let’s just say, our family drove around the area for 2 plus hours stopping in all the UPS stores seeing if it could have accidentally been left there. Nope.
So my husband literally flagged down a UPS truck to see if he could point us in the right direction. He made a couple phone calls and guess what???? It was at the original store!!!! The extremely kind driver saved the day! When we returned the store, the manager did apologize as she blamed her staff and still had the audacity to charge us a pickup fee.

Been doing alot of friendly business there for many years. New owner now. Employees are nice, but owner is often unkind and quite rude with lack of customer service skills or tact. Hard to find parking near as same vehicles often parked there all day.

Absolutely great service since new management took over. Wonderful and helpful people. Many other services like notary, faxing, copiers plus they have some “desk supplies” like folders, cards, envelopes. Starbucks and Burger King walking distance! ???

Disappointed to say that when attempting to ship a package I was met with very unkind customer service. Online it indicates that UPS stores are able to handle USPS shipping. Other UPS stores in town have handled this seamlessly with prior shipments, but today I was literally scoffed at and spoken to as if I asked the counter clerk to do something tremendously out of her scope of duties. If this is not a service this location can provide, it should be posted at the location so customers can be made aware. If it is a service that can be provided, that individual needs remedial education. Regardless, basic customer service training is needed.

Have been a customer for years. It was bought a year ago by a new owner and service has improved since then: more people behind the counter, so shorter lines; open longer hours; and open Sunday.
The folks working there are all professional, courteous, well-informed. I wish more stores delivered this level of professionalism!

I just had the best experience at this store. It is so nice to see good customer service with a great smile and a helpful positive attitude. You both were amazing this morning and saved me another stop. Keep up the good work, see you on the next visit!

The employees and owner of this UPS store are very friendly and courteous. Best UPS store in Petaluma. I’m always able to get my shipping and notary services done in a reasonable timeframe. Please keep up the great work.

I've been using the UPS store for 3+ years and have always received excellent service. Under the prior ownership I had a few lost packages, but this new owner has things running smoothly. Great improvement of staff personnel also.

Disappointing Experience: Terrible Customer Service
I recently had the displeasure of dealing with UPS Store's customer service, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the entire interaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Novena has the worst customer service. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company if they value responsive and respectful customer service.

I give 5 stars to this UPS store. The employee here were super helpful. I had my passport photo taken and documents notarization done here very smoothly.

Don't get your hopes up because of the Under New Management sign.The store isn't the same.No greeting cards and now a $2.00 charge to put 12 " of tape on my Amazon return.In fact, Amazon states on their return page that the UPS store would pack up my return so the $2.00 charge was Bogus.The old employees were much better and I will find another UPS store to give my business to.

Lamination services are twice as expensive as Staples and they messed up one of my sheets. I was surprised by the cost, yet understanding about the less-than satisfactory result because someone was being trained on the machine. I did not complain, but still the cashier took a moment to hand-stamp my receipt with red ink “NO REFUNDS ALL SALES FINAL”. This action was unnecessary and insulting to me.

The new owner is wonderful. Great staff and she has done a lot to make the place clean!
