I'm still pretty new to Warhammer miniature painting and I came in to see if I could get help with some tips on transfer sheets I didn't really know what I was looking for I just knew it was some sort of coating. I asked her if there was some sort of adhesive I should be using and she immediately made me feel like an idiot for asking saying that's not how it works. She did point me in the direction of the ardcoat, which is what I was looking for, but she could've done so in a way less disrespectful tone. Needless to say I didn't feel welcome there and I won't be shopping there again anytime soon. I didn't get her name but the person running this location needs to practice better customer service.

Took a drive from Santa Rosa, to check out the Warhammer location in Petaluma. Stopped at the front door and noticed a sign which said that the employee was away for lunch. (This is not my complaint, everyone deserves a lunch) but Before I even pulled my phone out of my pocket in order to look at the time, A very rude woman sitting on a bench decided to inform me of the exact information which I just read. I inquired if she was an employee, she stated she was “the only employee and Any more questions that you have will have to wait until I’m done with my lunch” stated in such disrespectful manner that I simply got in my car and left. After this experience, I will never come back to this store. I highly recommend OP comics and games based in Santa Rosa.
Their selection is great, and even better yet the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and never once accosted me for simply standing in the threshold to read some information.

Very fun place, great worker and great atmosphere. Always willing and exited to help. I’ve literally found myself just talking to her instead of shopping. It’s great. She does take a hour-2 break which is clealry posted on the door. Anyone complaining is just flat out stupid.

I just recently got into warhammer because of my boyfriend. So we went to the petaluma store to check it out. I met Shannon, who is very friendly and very knowledgeable. After that interaction we came back a couple weeks later to put together the Tau squad box he had, and she was just fun to talk to while working on the miniatures. Best store ever!
PS: she gave us some free goodies~ thats a win in my book :)

Amazing I went to the store looking to get the paint to start my first pathfinder team and Shannon has been amazing and helped me and my gf so much and has made getting into the hobby so much fun

I had heard about the reputation of Warhammer stores having a very pushy environment, but hadn't experienced it firsthand until I visited this store. The manager was very immediately hard sales about everything. You can't browse or consider. If there is a moment of silence, there is suggestion you should buy more items or pre-order or buy something that's made to order online in addition to the list of other things suggested already. It's interesting reading the other review mentioning the manager talking about how long they've been in the hobby. They did that to me too, but from the details they mentioned, they sounded like they only had cursory knowledge and depth of the hobby. I got some paint I needed, but I'll never return to this store. It was really uncomfortable to be in there.

The store is far away from where I live..so I don't get to visit that often. The past couple of times that I've been there have been pleasant though. The lady that runs the store is very knowledgeable in the hobby and made our time there enjoyable! Since I'm still new to the hobby, she explained things very well and I appreciated that! When I do have the time, I would definitely come back here!
