Went to get my tire changed out due to a flat. Thinking that I would have to pay a grip. Got the best service in a long time. And since the we’re able to repair the tire with a flat, they charged me $0, yes $0. Doesn’t happen now a days. Thanks again and will return when I need tires, fo sho!!!!!!

Oh my gosh, I went into Wheelworks in Petaluma to have my tire checked and they did a tire repair and then told me there was no charge. Amazing place I always get the best service there.

Beware. Bait and switch tactics. Cheap inspection but astronomical bill for nonexistent problems. They're always available so I've given them a lot of chances to show me who they are. No more. They seem to enjoy making people wait. I'm paying a bit more to go to a local-owned shop where I need to make an appointment a few days in advance, but they treat me like a person, with honesty and a customer restroom. (Seriously at Wheel Works they tell you to use the CVS bathroom which is often out of order). Do better guys. Or do something you love instead.
