Great place, has the best toppings and yogurt selections. The employee who was there, was not welcoming or friendly at all. She did not greet us, she seemed annoyed we walked in. There was 1 hour left until closing and she was cleaning right behind us as we used the machines.Did not feel very welcoming....

Yogurtland in Petaluma is a shining example of a small local business with a very hard-working owner and excellent staff. Frozen yogurt is my go-to on occasions where I want to treat myself to something special, so I applied for their rewards program online and received a special discount card through the mail. Still, I was surprised one day when the man behind the counter (who turned out to be the store owner, Ali) called me by my first name and then applied a fairly large discount to my order when I was paying. Since then I've noticed that Ali's employees tend to be very friendly, but still professional. At Yogurtland Petaluma, you can be confident that the highest quality products are used, customer safety is a priority, and you will always be treated like you're special.

My daughter and I make the 20 minute drive at least 1-2 times a week. Lately, at least a third of the machines are either inoperable or being serviced. It's very frustrating when often times their advertised flavors are unavailable.

Don’t come here if you have night cravings unless you want to get scolded

I came here Monday evening at around 10:15 didn't think of it much as the place said the closed at 11, however the young lady at the front had the mannerism of person who doesn't want to work or cares about their costumers i understand you got to pack up for the night but rolling your eyes when someone comes in 40 minutes before you close up just for them to be there for less then five minutes is making me turn away from here. The floor was soaking especially by the yogurt dispensers. Most hostile place I've ever been to I felt unwanted. You don't mop the whole thing up an hour before you close up. Especially when most people come in the evening.I'll take me business elsewhere next time.

Went at 10:30 tonight for a late night pregnancy craving and instead of getting my cravings, I received sour attitude and 4 empty flavors and 2 out of order… what a disappointment. I’m so accustomed to the normal bubbly energy, what a drag tonight. Coming from Marin, I will try San Pablo next time.

The store employee was so incredibly rude. I believe his name was Joao and he was condescending, disrespectful and spoke to the other employee who was new in a very rude fashion. The fact that my small child pointed it out after we walked out as to how rude he was speaks volumes. His customer service was awful and is definitely offputting. Yogurt was good but he was enough to make us go to another location.

Worlds most expensive yogurt. My fairly small almost no topping yogurt was $6.50. Dear Goodness!
