I recently visited this branch and I am beyond impressed with the service received by the not only the employees but the branch manager terry as well. I had to visit the branch in Phelan all the way from San Diego, and I would do it again! They made the process extremely easy and fast ensured I had an appointment and someone was there to help me before I made the drive ! Great job to everyone and special thank you to terry !!

Well..... they hold your money I guess. If you work down the hill it is nearly impossible to go into the bank due to their hours unless you want to go in on Saturday. Their ATM machines are ancient. They only give $20's still every other bank is spitting out $5's to $100's now. I happened to make it in before they closed by 15 minutes to open a savings account but it was too close to closing time so they wanted to schedule me an appointment a week later. They charge $5 for non-DCB withdrawls seems every other place is $3.50 They are literally the only bank in this small town. I'm taking my business to a bank with more locations and more convenience. This place is lousy!

Closed in the the lobby and still blaming Covid when it seems more like they don’t have enough employees. This wasn’t even a protocol peak Covid, they are just being lazy. First time to this bank since I opened an account with DCB and this will now just be very temporary account because they clearly don’t care about their customers and just lie to us blaming it on the pandemic.

One of the worst Bank branches now. it seems like every time I want to cash a check there is always rules being made and remade. Can't make up their minds to charge or not just to cash a check THAT'S FROM THEIR OWN BANK. Go figure. Glad it's not my bank anymore!

I'm a first time card holder and I was helped by Steve and he was amazing very helpful and helped me understand everything that I needed he was also very polite and respectful all in all love the service great job.

Our local bank branch Union Bank is closing. Our only choice in our little town of Phelan is DCB. We aren't very tech savvy and need to open online checking for our business. The DCB branch Manager was very patient and helpful. Hope the future service is as good as our first visits.

Horrible customer service and absolutely ridiculous policies, won't cash their own check over $2500. And anything less charge $8 if you're not a bank patron. No wonder small banks buckle to larger banks and credit unions.

Needing an account in our rural local area led us to DCB. From the first step into the bank to the completing our opening of an account I felt like we were the most important customers of the day. Stephen Padilla was instrumental in the opening of the account, taking care of each and every step. We were to return the following day to complete a part of our account, Stephen made a point of calling us prior to our return just to let us know that not all information had been received at their branch so we avoided an unnecessary trip to the bank. I'm old enough to say that when we did return I felt that we were at a bank of "old" when we were welcomed not only by Stephen but by the Manager, with nods of hello. I cannot say enough at how comfortable we feel with DCB, with the knowledge of all and the professional attitude of all. Our money is secure and safe.
