I went to shop at this store and they didn't give me my change just because it was only a few cents. This has happened to me twice, which I think is unfair because if I were short a few cents to pay for a product, they wouldn't give it to me. That's theft, because if they do the same thing to every customer who has a few cents left over, they're basically stealing from them.

Manager Sam is some being, always attitude, slamming merchandise, like if she was cleaning up her house and mad because others are there
Today 9/9/25 she just admitted talking in a rude/demanding way to others
So smart, I was referring to my experience when she bossed my kid around in the store
And she started to defend Herself, just by digging deeper and admitting what just stated
Selective and discriminating , unhappy being
Even the nice cashier behind her made a gesture, (I know, She's like this, but still the manager) nothing I can do as an employee

I just came here to say the store associate named Juan is awesome, and Dollar Tree is lucky to have him. While my family and I were waiting in line the customer at the register was upset about the manager being out on lunch, and started cussing at Jaun. Jaun sincerely apologized to the customer and tried to tell the irate guy that the manager would be back in 20 minutes, but he didn't listen and stormed out. At this point it was my turn and Jaun didn't let the other customers horrible attitude affect his mood while he chatted with my family and finished ringing up and bagging our items. Our total was a couple of dollars over what cash I had in my pocket, and I had forgotten my wallet in the car. While I was saying I would go grab my wallet out of the car and get back in line my wife was trying to make the ever so impossible decision of what crafting items she was going to sacrifice. Then Jaun pulled the difference out of his wallet and told us not to worry about it. I tried to get an email or a phone number from him so I could pay him back but he insisted that we not worry about it. His actions in this situation made my family's day by reminding us that there's still good ones out there.

It is 12:15 and I have been in line for at least 10 minutes. There are at least six people behind me in line, two people in the office, and one poor soul cashiering. Someone just came out to help and I was told she was cashing someone out in the office to change shifts so, if I didn't want to wait, don't come at this time. Good information, poor customer service.

Will they please take Tanya out of there?! I don’t even work there and she’s a nightmare to be a customer for. Customer service training is a real thing. HR needs to step in for the love of Christ. Store is always out of stock and a mess with stocking carts in the isles. Smells like mold.. the list goes on. Don’t shop here.

Make sure when they ask you if you want your receipt that you take it. Because if what you bought doesn't work they won't take it back without it. They should always give you a receipt if that's the only way to do returns.

When this place first opened the staff was great. They were polite, helpful, and kind. Since then, most of the staff is rude and unfriendly. Not a good place to shop

I definitely won’t be supporting this location any more. I went in on 12/22 to grab a few items and I encountered broken glass on the floor by the register and an older woman whom I’m assuming was a manager or some sort of leadership speaking very rudely to the cashier on how to handle the situation and basically ridiculing as he had a 4 people line while she just stood there telling him what he needed to do while there was 3 other employees all standing around talking, one of which I’m sure was on the clock because after about 5 mins of talking with other employees went and got on a register to help get the line down. This older possible manager needs training on how to speak with her employees as you do not speak down to an employee in front of other employees and/or customers like she did there’s a difference between offering guidance on how to handle a situation and demanding and speaking down like this grown man was a child being scolded. This cashier needs a job where he’s respected and appreciated and this manager needs to be taught how to treat people
