This was my first time going to Dr Navdeep I was referred by a friend. I’m grateful that I took my fur baby there. He truly cared and explained everything thoroughly regarding her health. The staff very professional and all smiles. I have found a new veterinarian

Horrible place, Did spay surgery on dog that was in for a dental. A 10 year old dog that was already spayed.

Best Veterinary Hospital in the High Desert! Dr Sandhu is absolutely AMAZING! He took the time to answer my questions and discussed a treatment plan for Dallas that I could actually afford. This is rare to find in today’s economy. Everyone was so kind and helpful. On entry I was greeted with a warm hello by a friendly receptionist. The technician was knowledgeable and gentle with my Dallas who is a bit difficult to handle. He doesn’t like strangers and can bite but the technician was wonderful. Dallas got the care he needed and was not shaking when she brought him back to me. Love this! I would also like to say that the hospital was clean which tells me these people take pride in their work. Our experience was GREAT! 10 out of 10. With that said, Dallas and the Reeves Family highly recommend Phelan Family Pet Clinic!

I took my dog here with an infection and they gave me the wrong medication. After 2 weeks of her taking the meds they gave her, she still had the infection. I took her to a different vet and they told me that the medication this pet clinic prescribed was not the correct one.

A friend recommended this place. To start the staff was short-handed, but very friendly. The vet answered all my questions and concerns and provided information. You can tell they care about your pet. Just be prepared to wait because they are short-handed.

The doctor is very friendly places very clean and they really do their best to care for the animals here at a fair fordable cost I got my dogs teeth done here and they put my dog to sleep and cleaned up his mouth and pulled out every tooth that needed to go without an extra charge one flat rate charge I bring all my animals he they are great highly recommend it

Although it's a little drive away from Victorville, I'm very satisfied with the caring compassionate staff here. I recently had to put my elderly dog to rest. The staff sent me a card sending their condolences. Thank you.
