I saw this guy has bad reviews. I’ve only been here twice so I mean this is just my experience. I don’t know what the cost was because neither time I looked at receipt. I picked I paid left. It was fast n easy. He did say have a nice a pretty girl. Being I looked real bad when he said it I burst out in laughter. Made my day. 5 stars to you my friend.

It's a shame I can't do zero stars. A couple of months ago we bought some cigars from them that, when opened, we're so stale they crumbled. With much argument they finally agreed to bring in more that they guaranteed would be fresh. I finally agreed to this because I was pretty certain they were never going to agree to give me my money back. Two days later than promised, I finally revolved fresh cigars. Giving them another chance yesterday, I bought cigars out of the humidor, expecting that those must be fresh.(Certainly cost more). Gave them as a gift...and learned that they were also crumbling. Headed there now to take them back and don't fotsee this trip being any better than last time. I will update my review if with how that goes...

If this is the shop in Stater Bros. center, next to Subway, they sure need to learn how to treat customers, and the correct California state tax laws !! The product I purchased was Pom Pom cigarillos, 3 cigars for $.99, but was overcharged. When I inquired regarding the cost, the salesperson was extremely rude and disrespectful. This shop seems to charge whatever price they want, various from day to day. They act like they are the only game in town, but won't see my $$$ any longer. Learn correct customer service AND correct pricing!!

It's perhaps a bit cozy with more than one or two customers also browsing, but they have a huge selection of smokes and novelties. Helpful staff and the shop keep has always made it a pleasant experience.

The owner of this smoke shop sells garbage vape products and makes up the prices as he goes. I've had two batteries burn out and half a pack of atomizers short out due to his ignorance of the products he is selling. They were incompatable. I called him out on his error and he just kept repeating "No refund. No return." He also tried to tell me that the battery pack he sold me was $25 cheaper than he had actually charged me for it. He doesn't care about his customers or the products he is selling. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid this store like the plague.
