Roman I think his name was... Very professional! That dude knows his stuff! Had one customer before me had to wait like 40 minutes (which I understand and didn't mind) Roman was the only worker there after dealing with that customer and at least 40-50 questions Roman didn't hesitate to start helping me before that customer was out there door... I was very surprised... Roman was kind and explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I understood everything I needed to... If every store had an employee that was that down to earth and helpful this world would be a better place... Huge thank you and shout out to Roman once again! Seriously best costumer service person I've dealt with in months maybe even years

Mitchel was a superstar; he was helpful and patient during a long device upgrade process for four lines one day, and he recognized me two days later to quickly get me through one more upgrade. Mitchel was full of knowledge and solutions when the tech would throw a roadblock in the way, and he was very kind during the waits.

Dishonest! My daughter ordered a phone. When I went in to pick it up, I was told it was mandatory that they do the activation, and it would cost me an additional $40.00. No where in the purchase agreement is this stated. The manager claimed my daughter was informed of this verbally when the order was placed. This is a lie. My daughter is a sales rep for another carrier. She knows what to look and listen for. FYI, you can buy your phone through a corporate store, and if you request they set it up, it'll only cost you $29.00.

I was having issues with my SIM card and my service was on SOS went to this store. The girl Melissa was really nice and helped me out was able to get my Sim card to reactivate quickly and efficiently.
