Today I was trying to buy coffee and a bag of chips and I was not even looked at or was told to hold on so when I was just upset I left with my coffee and chips I can't say this for all 7 eleven but they need more training o yeah it's 1:14 a.m. and the people that came after quick service I guess my money is not good enough for 7-Eleven

If there was an option here to give no stars I would. This staff is terrible,rude, and lazy. I had a problem with the worker Johnny If that’s even his real name seemed like a fake name he gave, but yeah to stick your hand in a customers face and tell them they can’t help you with a question is horrible. I will not be returning, do y’all self a favor go to 7/11 down the street on Galletin Rd way better staff and a lot more friendlier.

Hand down the best 711 cusotmer service I had so far I go to 711 every day I am outside sells reps as soon as I work in the worker "Ray " smile and say welcome with the happiest voices I heard in a while. I will make this my new 711 I alway got to now .. Ray deserved a raise Sosi enn Happy customers

Finally gave up on 7-eleven hot dogs. The 7-eleven closest to me hardly ever has any. If they do, they're shriveled and dark brown from sitting on the grill all day. Then there's the issue of buns. You now can get your own bun without bothering them at the counter. But, although the drawer they're stored in says "warm buns" they are anything BUT...not in the least. I've tried 4 different 7-elevens since they introduced this new method for getting your buns. One was ever so slightly warm, maybe tepid is more the word. The rest were cold. Lastly, no more mustard from the jar. They allow you to take packets of off-brand mustard to put on the hot dog. By the time you get all the packets open (not easy) and applied to your hot dog, the wiener is cold. So now you've got a cold wiener in a cold bun, garnished with an off-brand mustard (which doesn't taste as good as Heinz) that you struggled to get onto your cold dog. At the last place, I struggled in vain to open a single mustard packet with a sore finger. Then, after being treated rudely by the unfriendly clerk, I said forget it and left without the hot, er uh, I mean cold dog, and went to am pm. The men who work at 7-11 are always so rude. Doesn't matter which 7-11 you go to. They are especially rude to women. I think it's a cultural thing. Someone needs to teach them that women are not property here. And we're not 2nd class citizens and we're not doormats. If they insist on treating us this way, we won't frequent 7-11. At AM PM the hot dogs are not as good as 7-11 hot dogs USED to be; but they are better than 7-11 hot dogs are now. At least they were hot. They are 80 cents more at AM PM, but the sodas are $1.00 cheaper. So that's it for me. I'm done with 7-11.

Don’t recommend this place always has expired milk and ect if you ever just walk in and look for when it expires you’ll be surprised at how much stuff there is ???

7-Eleven is like a dedicated friend. Always dependable. I mainly go here for the Monster Energy drink. The staff here is very nice and courteous but don't expect them to help you find anything. Sometimes you can get a special on Monster energy drinks. 2/$5. They also never closes

Store clerk Nathaniel was very rude, needs customer service training and attitude adjustment. left cash outside register after charging and when advised of situation was rude. Anyone could of walked off with the money. When asked to speak with manager he ignored my request.
