Disappointing Experience with Front Register Staff
I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit. I stopped by on my lunch break to pick up a few essential items. Before shopping, I needed to use the restroom, and the security guard kindly unlocked the door for me. However, as I was about to enter, the register staff member (with long, straight black hair, eyeliner ) abruptly stopped me and stated I couldn’t use the restroom unless I made a purchase first.
I explained that I fully intended to shop but hadn’t yet picked up my items — and there was already a 20-minute line at the register. Despite this, she insisted it was “the new rule” and refused to make an exception, even after I calmly explained the situation.
I completely understand that rules are in place, but I also believe staff should be able to use discretion and assess a situation with basic empathy and common sense. In this case, it felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere — which she didn’t seem to mind.
I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions. I’d like to continue supporting your store, but experiences like this make it difficult to do so.

I usually shop here and everyone’s friendly . But today the lady at the register she was being super friendly with the woman in front of me in line but when I came forward she had an attitude and handed me my change rudely . I still told her to have a nice day with a smile

Low prices eggs are$1.29.better than Walmart eggs are $2.09.and they have a place we're day have .toys chair and other thing but u need to go when day put the item out because the go by fast

Today I was having a pleasant conversation with another customer and the chubby brunette / blonde manager out of nowhere asked me to leave the aisle because she had to stock up her area with food so I let her pass by and I was clearly out of her way so I continued with my conversation with the customer but the manager got mad at me so I just left and continued shopping and as I was paying for my food she told the cashier there’s a man harassing a women. I absolutely don’t harass anybody as this has never happened to me at this grocery store or anywhere else. I always talk to people and the employees here like a true gentlemen. This new manager doesn’t know how to do her job…

This particular ALDI store does not stock healthy choices. I have a far better time finding healthy and organic foods at the Walmart on the other end of this shopping center. Much of the stuff they sell include highly processed ingredients and sugars with no alternatives to choose from.
