Me and my daughter went there to get new glasses. When we went to pick them up, the vision was horrible and it looked like we were in a fish bowl. They told us to try it out for two weeks for our eyes to adjust. My daughter couldn’t even wear them several hours without getting a migraine. I was having depth perception issues and had problems walking up and down stairs and parking my car in my narrow garage was horrible. I’ve never hit the side of the garage until I started wearing the glasses. My side mirror has scratches on it from this. We took them back and got another test from a different doctor. They were slightly better but still unwearable. The night vision is so much worse than my old glasses (the main reason I needed new glasses) and my daughter is still unable to wear hers without headaches. My depth perception is still off. We spent almost $1000 for nothing. We don’t have a lot of money so this is highly disappointing. We have glasses we can’t use and then on top of that, we have to spend even more money to go someplace else. Lord knows when we’ll be able to afford that. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I went to Costco years ago and it was perfect. I should’ve stayed with them. Lesson learned. Oh, and those other reviews about how rude they are? Yeah, that. They were nice to begin with but not the nicest when we had issues.

I got glasses and can't even see far .the guy there didn't want to do nothing for me .spend like 300 for nothing.now I am going to LensCrafters hope there not crafters like this place...so don't go here.

This place is terrible in service even the female manager was rude very unprofessional this place is a scam it took 3 weeks for my glasses and then my prescription wasn’t correct when I was in there I heard another customer very upset also I paid out of my pocket 400 for terrible service hopefully this message goes above the store management

The sales experience was fantastic. The gentleman was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the positive experience ended there.
I was promised text updates, but those never materialized. I had to call and was told the glasses might be ready on Friday, which didn't happen. I called again and was told Monday. My wife called on Monday, and they said 2-3 days. I called back, mentioned the Friday timeline, and suddenly they were ready for pickup.
When I arrived, the person helping me seemed annoyed. As a first-time progressive lens wearer, I needed assistance adjusting to the new glasses, but I only received a mirror. I'm quite disappointed with the service and won't be purchasing my next pair of glasses from them.
Ok so I went back and Angela the air manager was great. The regional manager was good too. I would visit again and get my flares there next year. Everyone is entitled to haven a bad day.

Been going for 3 years, everyone is friendly and funny, if you need a laugh ask for Mariela ? I spent an additional 30 minutesto just chatting and laughing away, good vibes fromeveryone. I always feel guilty for always asking if they can unlock the glasses for me to try, never shown irritation or frustration. Great place!

First time here first time going to an eye doctor and I had a great experience staffed and doctor are so friendly and explained everything so clear. Definitely will go back here again. Prices are not too high since I had to pay off my pocket. Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable.
