First time here first time going to an eye doctor and I had a great experience staffed and doctor are so friendly and explained everything so clear. Definitely will go back here again. Prices are not too high since I had to pay off my pocket. Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable.

Love it here Dr. Chan is very nice and caring. The staff is amazing friendly Thank you Evelyn for being so nice and taking the time to go over my options on glasses and contacts. I recommend this office here in Pico rivera. I would give 10 stars.??????????

I had the best experience today with both Danny and Evelyn. Coming from a horrible experience a day prior at the Lakewood, California location - where I was ignored by the complete staff, it was refreshing to have a support staff actually acknowledge and care about my well-being. I ended up picking up four pairs of glasses with the help of Danny and Evelyn and I can’t say enough good things about their character , support & demeanor. They really went the extra mile to make me feel good. Thank you both for acknowledging me and offering amazing sales support, America’s best has a lifeline Customer in me and my family.

Went here after a bad experience getting an eye exam at an optometrist in Whittier. I had a way better experience at America's Best in Pico. The staff was sososo nice and attentive. Pleasant to talk to and good vibes. I feel confident in the new prescription the Dr gave me, will be trashing the one from the other optometrist lol. Thank you ladies!!!! :)

I came in here after watching some advertisement on the freeway with a deal that seemed too good to be true. Once I decided to give them a call I realized that their customer service was excellent and decided to come in for an exam, not only did they honor the price but I was far impressed by the level of professionalism. Danny was the person that helped me choose my glasses and he was a great person but the entire staff here is the best. They really live up to the name "America's Best".

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!I used to hate getting glasses and dealing with all of that but this place makes it so fun and everyone is always so sweet and nice. So thankful to have a place like this in my community thank you!!!

Horrible experience! On May 24th my husband had an appointment in which they told him that the Wi-Fi was out, fine I get it it happens. After his exam he swiped his card twice which he was told to do by frank and that it didn't go through and they would get in touch with him later that week to charge his card. A few days later we see that we were charged twice, unauthorized, which was almost $300! Will the manger we tried to speak to about the issue was extremely rude trying to make it like it wasn't a big deal and also told us we had to bring in proof that 2 chargers were on our bank statements. Eventually I was frustrated with his attitude towards me and asked for the district managers number and left 2 message and never till this day got a call back. Eventually after my husband had to leave work and go down there a refund was issued on the May 27th and it would take 2-5 business days. Now almost 2 weeks later no communication and no refund. We spoke to frank another manager today he told us a refund wasn't issued until June 3rd! A whole week and gave us some story about how will didn't know what he was talking about and it took 2-5 day for corporate to approve the refund and now it would be 5-10 business days for us to see our money?! All this while I still have yet to receive any call from the district manager how professional. If you can avoid this place do cause the headache and unprofessionalism is not worth it. I will never come back here again and suggest you all don't either.
