I accidentally read the text message rating system wrong. When it asked how satisfied I was with my visit I read it wrong and thought number 1 only said satisfied not very dissatisfied. David was awesome so he deserves 5 out of 5

This place is awful and the company itself is bad I only have it because my work phone was issued through ATT. I called this office to ask if they could resize my old sim card to fit into my new phone and I know they usually do this on site in 5 mins. My company sent me a new phone and is over 100 miles away so they cannot easily come to me here in this area from the Valley to take the phone to get a 5 min service done but told me to go to att and get this done that if they needed to my company could give Att a password proving the work was approved by the office that manages the phone account because they are so far. ATT said no that I have to be added as a signor to a corporate acct that handles over 20 phones for employees all over the state. What a stupid rule and when I called to ask if there was another option the worker at this location explained to me what could be done which was the same dilemma that I stated I told him I understood but could I speak to a manager or someone else that could provide another option becuase my companies corporate office is too far and they manage too many accounts to be able to grant me account control he then spoke to me degradingly and rudely asking if I needed him to repeat himself. Not letting me speak to a manager or giving me another option but to leave this review. Company loves to price gauge to but not provide any useful customer service.

Absolute great service! I bought a prepaid card at Target and i couldn’t activate it, staff at target wasn’t really helpful so i went to this store. Mr Wilson H helped me immediately and was very kind! Thank you again Wilson! :-) That’s what I call a great manager!

I can do 0 . They are charging me for AirPods I never buy or order and they just give me the dumbest excuses when I went to them and ask to remove that from my bill. Who knows to how many more people they do this fraud, keep checking your accounts.

Great store super clean the representatives very knowledge Abigail and Abraham the store manager helped me with all my questions and upgrades. If anyone wants to be helped and upgrade 10/10 store will be bringing my family to upgrade at this location

Be wary of this place. They will give you false information and convince you to change your number when you don’t need to. Do your due diligence and research your devices and promotions prior to purchasing from ANY 3rd party retailer especially this establishment. Ps. This is coming from a former manager of a 3rd party and I would never let my reps sell this so I damn well don’t expect management to be lying either.

had an issue with a faulty phone. Abraham helped me out quickly and was professional and easy going. The overall experience was great and I left the store in a much better mood and with phone issue resolved. Stop by here for excellent customer service !

This At&T store is horrible and the staff not very helpful. I came yesterday to pay my mother in law land line. The kiosk was not working, then the employee told me I need to do the payment over the phone and that he cant help me make payment because they dont do that at the store ?. Im never coming to this place again.

In July my elderly mother went into this store to purchase cellular service. The manager, Abraham, also sold her an Apple watch telling her that it was only $35. I would like to note that my mother is in her 70's and is not technically savvy. She was not aware that the watch included phone & internet service, she literally thought that it was just a watch. Upon hearing this, we retuned to the store & the manager Abraham, stated that he was unable to return the watch. I advised him that the sale of the watch was made fictitiously & told him that he sold a item to an elderly woman who has little to no technological knowledge & that she was not fully advised as to what she was purchasing. The store manager at this particular store is masterfully dishonest & unethical. His unprofessionalism & unscrupulous sales tactics are unconscionable & borderline criminal. He is disgraceful & lacks the ethics & professionalism I have associated AT&T with. After giving me the run around, I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and filed a complaint. The following day I received a call from The Office of The President from their corporate office in Dallas, Texas. I informed her of the terrible service we received from Abraham at this location and she immediately refunded my mother her money and accepted the return of the Apple Watch. She was extremely apologetic for the poor service we received from Abraham and she went above and beyond to make sure that my mother was financially compensated.Please do not take his word for face value and report him to the Office of the President via the BBB to resolve your issue.
