This At&T store is horrible and the staff not very helpful. I came yesterday to pay my mother in law land line. The kiosk was not working, then the employee told me I need to do the payment over the phone and that he cant help me make payment because they dont do that at the store ?. Im never coming to this place again.

In July my elderly mother went into this store to purchase cellular service. The manager, Abraham, also sold her an Apple watch telling her that it was only $35. I would like to note that my mother is in her 70's and is not technically savvy. She was not aware that the watch included phone & internet service, she literally thought that it was just a watch. Upon hearing this, we retuned to the store & the manager Abraham, stated that he was unable to return the watch. I advised him that the sale of the watch was made fictitiously & told him that he sold a item to an elderly woman who has little to no technological knowledge & that she was not fully advised as to what she was purchasing. The store manager at this particular store is masterfully dishonest & unethical. His unprofessionalism & unscrupulous sales tactics are unconscionable & borderline criminal. He is disgraceful & lacks the ethics & professionalism I have associated AT&T with. After giving me the run around, I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and filed a complaint. The following day I received a call from The Office of The President from their corporate office in Dallas, Texas. I informed her of the terrible service we received from Abraham at this location and she immediately refunded my mother her money and accepted the return of the Apple Watch. She was extremely apologetic for the poor service we received from Abraham and she went above and beyond to make sure that my mother was financially compensated.Please do not take his word for face value and report him to the Office of the President via the BBB to resolve your issue.

Excellent service!Fast, creative, and great sale pitch!Went in to fix my SIM, leaving with an upgrade, and I’m probably going back tomorrow to buy an iPad at his suggestion.

I went in to make a switch from T-Mobile to AT&T, I was a little hesitant due to the fact that I've had T-mobile for quite some time.. however due to the poor service I have been experiencing with T-Mobile recently I needed to make the switch. I came in today and was greeted by Abraham, and I told him my concerns about making the switch and off bat he knew I had T-Mobile. ( I guess T-Mobile really does have bad service) Abraham made sure the switch went smooth and took care of any concerns or questions I had about AT&T. I definitely left the AT&T store feeling confident that they will be so much better service than T-Mobile. If you ever stop by this store make sure you ask for Abraham, he has such good customer service skills and is very attentive of his customers! Thank you Abraham for helping me make the switch and I was able to get my new iPhone!

I needed help and what I thought was going to be grueling long turned out to be a good experience. Abraham was the person to help our family on our visit to this store and he just seemed friendly and knowledgeable. Our go to location for sure.

First of all your computers are down they couldn't help to sit all we had to go back a second time, and there was only one person in the store to help us when we went the second time and he really didn't tell us all about the phone because he was trying to hurry and get us out of there so he can help the next customer. He never explained to us that we needed a charger. We walked out with the phone that was a good thing that he had it in stock but I asked him how to use this phone is it just swipe up I mean he meant to be a good rep however, should leave somebody alone in this. Store to take care of four or five customers waiting it was absurd. I blame it on the company and I blame it a little on the roof where to go to another store to figure out that we need to buy another charger which I couldn't understand anyway.

I came into the store knowing what I was gonna do, which was get a new phone with a new line and new number. Jesus was very helpful, and it was a quick & easy process. Definitely will come back for any future needs. Thank you Jesus for your great customer service.
