Worst customer service ever!!!.Walked in to an empty branch 2 tellers at the windows not one of two greeted me. I stood in line for a good 3 minutes while they finished their conversation. Transaction was complete, didn't receive receipt a thank you or have a nice day. The two tellers continued to gossip. So much for valuing your customers.

Chase Bank does not stand behind their customer's when theft or fraud happens to them. My claim was denied and I filed a complaint with the BBB. I received a call from the Executive office that they were going to look into it. Bottom line, Chase called me a liar and said I took the money out of my account. Chase Bank has lost a good customer. Chase Bank sucks!

Went in today to open an account with Chase, but they denied me because apparently you need an appointment for something as simple as that. There was no one waiting for a representative ahead of us. Just a few people using the ATM and talking to the bankers. Even the DMV takes walk in's. This is ridiculous. Chase is a bank, they should be able to fund the hiring of more employees. Shame on them.

WORST BANK ON THE PLANET!!!!!!! A month and a half, 17 calls; managers, supervisors, fraud department, trying to get my check unfrozen!!! Everyone tells you a different answer!!! They STILL have my money!!! I had to call a law firm!! A law firm!! Was treated like crap by Caroline Seins at Slauson location. After I did a ton of work to help verify the account from which the check is drawn, she wouldn't talk to them! Unbelievable!! Called my lawyer. We're suing. DON'T bank here. They are shifty, manipulative and dishonest!! ZERO stars. If I could give NEGATIVE TEN stars, I would!!

Might want to have the guy doing the repair on machine out front right ...um..mabey. Stop..or close off.other machines. His tools are very loud. Very rude to have a worker doing that when we are trying to retrieve funds. Come get a clue. Someone's gona get hurt. Real classy NOT

Long line , slow customer service, bank watches the line grow bigger and bigger and would rather go the back break room and chat and laugh while customers stand there and let the 2 tellers work their tales off .

If I could give this Chase bank zero stars I would. Manager barely speaks to loyal chase customers in complete sentences. I have all my money invested in your bank and the machines that replaced tellers are always "down." I was in line with two fellas and she didn't mention they are broken. I asked the young lady what's wrong with the machines and all she said was "they're down." No sorry or how can I help you even a hello sir and sorry for the inconvenience.

5crewthis place... I was guaranteed that when I deposit my chase check via atm the funds were going to be immediately available. Nope! Now I don't have my money to pay my bill and I have to pay 300$ penalty fee for "not paying on time." If employees were trained to give correct information I would've cashed the check instead. Horrible service, the manager Jesse lacks maturity and Hygiene I would think chase would have a better choice for management very unprofessional I will be canceling my account and all my other chase bussines services .
