Bad service, the one who took the order did not pay attention to what she was ordering and when they delivered the order they did not deliver it completely but well they charged and I called to complain and they did not answer, terrible

Besides the food All the staff are very friendly, polite, they make sure to make you feel welcome! Everything is so clean it’s a great experience to come visit even for just an ice cream ? yum!! ??????

1st time visiting this Chick-fil-A restaurant. Great indoor service and delicious tasting Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and fries.Parking: Parking lot was full when we arrived during the lunch rush hour.

The worst Chick-fil-A experience ever! Been to multiple locations and never had I experienced a service like this one. First off, the drive up line was horrible and hardly moved. Then as I ordered the Cobb salad, I ask for the second package of dressing that I am able to get and they tell me it's an extra fee, something I never had to do elsewhere. Right after making my payment I check that my entire order was there just to find out that the salad only had about 5-6 pieces of chicken. I fussed about it with my partner but just let it go because I didn't want to go through the entire process all over again. As I get home, I see this! Mind you, when I had initially looked at the order I didn't think of lifting the actual salad tray off the bag because why in the world would I think I would find my chicken loose in the bag? How is it possible that clients pay for this type of service? So they are taking longer the usual just to find out that the quality of the service/product is going to be horrible! Not sanitary either and someone (in this case myself) will be contacting public health department. My advice to new customers thinking of going here, DON'T DO IT... save your time and money.
