Absolutely the worst uniform company. . Constantly getting other people clothes. I have only had one pair of pants for a week now.( Been washing myself) contact them several times and just get the run around. Highly disappointed

Do you guys know that this corporation is threatening their employees to come in on Saturday to work even though it's not stated in their contract and if they don't they will TAKE AWAY their PTO time!!! I am writing here because it has been frustrating trying to reach someone to talk about this issue . In case they don't know they are violating a California worker law!! This is earned wages and cannot be taken away from their employees!! Pls watch out before trying to apply here

The workers are so mean and it took 3 months to fix the dispenser. Do not sign contract with them, they always increase the price without notice. And you can never stop the contract Even if you are not satisfied with their price and service. Buying towels and dish soap from amazon is much cheaper.

Dont do business with these crooks. They will tie you into a contract that will be very hard to break. Even when you do terminate, they will attempt to collect more money and hire a lawyer to try and lawsuit you. They tried with us and I put them to shame since I'm good at reading and writing contracts, and they won't get another dollar out of our business. Stay away from these clowns and buy your supplies elsewhere.

I mean, it already has only 2 stars, so you can guess the kind of company this is. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. Their contracts lock you in for FIVE YEARS. Most small business leases aren't even that long, they are trying to scam you, so don't be fooled. We transferred our account 2 months ago and they continued to charge my card even after I transferred the account in writing. I've now had over 10 emails with Cora Urquilla, their absolutely atrocious front desk woman, who continues to promise me they've reimbursed me for the charges. I had hoped a review on Yelp would get someone's attention, but it's clear from the ones already here that this is not a company that cares about its customers or reputation. So at least I can save you the trouble, and say DO NOT USE THEM. You can get clean mats, a soap refill, and uniforms for a lot less hassle and better service elsewhere.

Terrible company to deal with, not recommended at all. Please check every corner of their contracts, price lists and invoices. they over charge and even for services that they do not provide whatsoever!!!! Not trusted at all!

I don't know what kind of brainwashing trainer these women go through but the moment a threesome walked through my business door, it was blablabla we can get you new mats and uniforms and paper and this and that like damn can you just shut your chickenhead traps and conduct your business in a professional manner and leave? I think one of the women had a crush on me bc she was staring at me the entire time she was at my spot, watching me with utter fascination while i was working. She finally cornered me and asked me one of those three part questions that basically boiled down to 'what are you doing at this shop?" And I replied 'it's my business' but I meant it like 'it's my business, NONE OF YOURS' like damn she was all butthurt. Can't wait to never see these beeZys again.

IF YOU ARE DOING YOUR SEARCH TO CONTRACT THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR UNIFORM SERVICE, PLEASE DON'T!!!!!!. And I Hope this will make it to someone in the company who would care to make a change before they go belly up ..... Ever since Cintas bought G&K Uniforms the service has gone from BAD to WORSE!! G&K was not the best but they tried to keep up. Cintas doesn't care. Customer Service Reps say: "Not to have an estimated time on return calls can be provided, some one will call me after they place the SERVICE CALL" --- NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK!!-- I've placed several calls 1) although we are paying for "uniforms insurance" or ADVANTAGE PLAN, our uniforms are not well taken care of. they don't smell or look clean. 2)The fabrics look old and raggedy uniforms allegedly pressed are wrinkled and I'm sure that my 14 year old (careless teenager) would do a better job hanging the uniforms than what their personnel do. 3)I got tired of adding repair tags! the uniforms would come back the following week "washed" in the same deplorable condition they were sent out. 4)The new driver (tired of my insistency) placed an order for replacement of damaged uniforms 5 weeks ago and now we have no uniforms! magically you can't order replacements with out taking damaged garments off the system... WOW. It back fired on us, we are paying for a service to non existent uniforms, it does deceive the purpose of having uniform service when you get no uniforms!! 5) I was told 4-5 weeks to receive replacements and today -after 5 weeks- the driver (trying to save the neck of the manager) told me that an unfortunate error happened and our replacement uniforms would take 2-3 additional weeks to be received "because it seemed that the order was never placed and he knew when he requested status on the order yesterday!" OH MY!!! THEY HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!!! 6) The driver finally brought me loaner uniforms that I asked for 3 weeks ago. 5 shirts, 3 pants -- not enough to cover for all the missing pieces in "back order" ****** NOTE TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT: SAVE SOME MONEY, THE DRIVER IS DOING ALL THE WORK, EITHER FIRE THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND THE ACCOUNT MANAGERS ABOVE THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING! OR MAKE THEM DRIVERS TO WORK FOR THE HIGHER SALARIES THEY GET IN COMPARISON TO THE DRIVER!
