The juices and sodas and most the necessities are always sold out or never stocked and that's most of your CVS locations the only things that are always full is seasonal birthday cards and cosmetics and it's overpriced for it being a local neighborhood store we look to u guys because we hate Wal Mart but u guys never have what we need

I went there for the pharmacy. They were very nice, the line moved quickly, I dropped off 4 prescriptions, I shopped for 10-15 minutes (which I needed to do anyway) they called me by my first name and had me out the door. Can't ask for more. Plus they were selling fireworks out front.... Bonus!

I had an awesome experience today at CVS Not sure of his name but he's a young kid that works there at CVS that took care of me today sending UPS package back to the sender Even though we were having trouble trying to download the label he was very caring and helpful enough and telling me that he would take care of it so I didn't have to spend much time there at the store he really recognized how valuable time was. He also sent me a picture of the printed label that he put on the package going back to the sender he was very helpful he deserves a raise it's kind of hard nowadays and finding the right person that go the extra mile and helping someone out. Very helpful thanks again.

They closed an hour early, I went at 9:55pm, the website shows they close at 11pm. The entire night staff crew here is lazy and the worst. So many times they close a whole hour early. Website and Yelp shows this location closes at 11pm, so why do they close at 10 almost every night? It is a pharmacy for people who need medicine and it would be very freaking helpful if a business the status and size of CVS would follow their posted business hours. This location is never open until 11pm and they always always close early. Even when I needed medicine for the sick child, they told me to drive to Downey. A**h*les. The manager is a short chubby light skinned man. Didn't give a da*n about me needing medicine on a emergency situation. Just told me they closing with no reason why. Honestly as a CVS pharmacy that provides medicine and a service to the community, y'all are doing a trash job. Get your stuff together CVS management. I don't know why you guys don't jus follow the hours posted? Or update the f**king site so that it reflects proper work hours. Thanks for nothing CVS Slauson in Pico. TRASH!

On Saturday, August 5, I have been waiting for more than 45 minutes for the manager to attend to us, the line has grown to about 19 people but nobody cares, they do not give an explanation of why it takes so long when they should have opened at 2 pm

Usually don't leave feedback but I really want to leave a shout-out to Martin for going above and beyond. He checked back stock for these cosmetic items I was looking for that were hard to find, I was calling several locations and Martin took time to assist me over the phone and placed the items on hold. Excellent service! The female sales associate I didn't quiet catch her name but I believe it was Maraya or Stephanie she was stocking on the sales floor when I arrived and I asked her if they had more of the brand anywhere and she checked the back and she brought out a cart of what the store carried. Also had a great conversation with her. Super grateful for these awesome associates who were friendly and made my experience the best !
