Employee at store appeared over worked. Reluctant to honor coupon even when I offered to go to my car and retrieve portion if coupon I accidently cut off. In future I am using my extra bucks coupons on the same day. This three dollar coupon had expiration date of July 23, 2024. There were many customers standing behind me, another next to me being assisted, and customers entering the store. I did not want to be confrontational. I can shop else where in the city like Walgreen's, RiteAid, Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, Five and Below, Foid4Less, El Super, should I continued?

Worse cvs to be at they take for EVER!!!!! I literally see 5 or 6 workers in there and they take for ever just to attend u when ur in the drive through

1st visitor to this CVS Pharmacy, had my prescription sent here for refill. Website said that pharmacy hours were closed from 1:30 to 2:30pm but pharmacy was closed before 1:23pm and had to wait until 2:30pm to pickup prescription. Entire store looked messy and boxes all over the aisles and couldn't get thru many Aisles. Would probably be back to the store other than the pharmacy.

First visit, the pharmacy tech says it’s too much work to ask for the name and birthday and insists I have to download the app so they can scan a barcode. I refuse. She claims the prescription isn’t ready or available and they have to order it. I follow up a week later and I’m told it’s not in inventory and was ordered. Two weeks later I receive a text in the evening that it’s finally ready. I go the next day to pick it up and am told by a different pharmacy tech that I waited too long and they sent it back so they have to reorder it. I have questions and am told I have to come back later because there’s people behind me. They just seem unorganized and unempathetic.

Their photo studio service is horrible. Paid for one hour service for 50 funeral agenda forms. Returned and hour and a half later and not ready. Left and decided to come back next day. The order had not been completed because of a printer jam. No one did anything about it until I asked for my order. Now I am stuck here waiting for my order. They have very lazy customer service here. Avoid thuis store for printing services.

This pharmacy has terrible service. the staff is very rude to customers. They are not professional at all, they never have the medication on time and if you have a question they get upset. If you do not want to go through these unpleasant experiences, it is better that you change to another pharmacy.

It is Tuesday evening at 10 pm .. Cvs website states that the store is open until 11 but it's already locked. Does corporate know about?

Was waiting about 10 min in drive thru and rep was taking a long time with car in front of me..finally got to the front and they closed the window on me at 8:47 pm not even closing time and they locked the window..I waited for for a bit but they just stared at me..I didn't even get off to get my meds because I was in shock and too upset

This is one of my favorite CVS stores. It's close by to home and has good selection of items. They always have good buys and deals.

Worst pharmacy ever !!!! I never ever like to leave a bad review on anyone even when I get bad service but every single time I go to this pharmacy despite long wait they can't help that but they alway seem to have an issue with everything every time ! Clearly the pharmacist is lazy and does not want to take the time to do whatever it takes to get his customers there medication always an issue not just with my but with envy one I know who goes here alwsy has to pay ridiculous prices when I go cvs in Whittier same insurance same everything different pharmacist all the problems seem to be taken care of and I never have issue at any other location ! I live around the corner from here but after todays I'll never go to this location they are by far the worst and like I said this is not a one time rant I have many issue all different but all form this location and this is not just me it's 5 people I know who deal with the exact same !! Nothing like being in pain or sick and can't gets your meds ! I know better then to ever come back

Store is clean. Staff is friendly. Easy in and out. Pharmacy is helpful. Only suggestion is to not call during lunch hours 1-2:30 PM as no one is there answer. Store answering sometimes may be slow at times.
