The store is fine. A warning out there for giftcard buyers. the POS people who swap giftcard numbers. Little sneaky, last time I assume gift card is intact. Hopefully workers can help avoid these issues. Potential buyers, please double check the back if the cards have been altered.

Terrible experience. Horrible customer service! I have never been treated so poorly in a store! I was shopping and needed some balloons. The only employee in the store was at the cash register with customers, I took the balloons and asked for help to inflate them. The cashier told me that it was not possible but that she would ask. At that moment a woman came out of an office and started with a rude attitude to tell me why I had taken the balloons and I told her that there was no one available at the moment but now that she was there please help me and if she could inflate them. She told me that I should get in line and ask at the cashier and with a rude attitude said that she would not inflate them because I had taken them without asking. I said I would do a review about it. Despite this bad treatment I stayed in the store and went to pay for the rest of the things I needed. I did exactly what she told me to do, I got in line and waited and when it was my turn to pay for my items I asked again about the balloons and was told no again, I asked why, since I had been in line as I was told and then the same angry woman came out of the office and yelled at me in front of all the customers that if I didn't like her store I should leave. I was shocked. I respectfully told her that I was just asking for the balloons and paying for my stuff. She told me in a loud voice to do the complaint and if I didn't like it I should leave. She also started accusing me of saying things to the cashier. Another customer behind me came to my defense and said that it was this woman who had suddenly appeared to be rude to me and that I was just paying for the things I came in to buy and asking for the balloons I needed. The woman repeated that if I didn't like the store I should leave. They basically refused to sell me balloons and then wanted to kick me out of the store! The shopping experience is supposed to be a pleasant one and she ruined my day. I doubt this person understands what customer service means. What a shame Dollar Tree hires such a disrespectful and vulgar person like her!

Cashier refused to check me out, and even said she wasn’t going to. Waited on a long line and she opened a second line and refused to because the other customers didn’t want to go there and I wasn’t the next one according to her

Today I went to Dollar tree and purchase some items. The items happen to be Food products that I realize I got the opposite of what I needed. When I went back to try to return the items for exchange, I was told no because they were food items. I asked to speak to the manager whom was not of help. I inquired why food items could not be returned. I was told that that's the store policy that they don't take back food. My question to them is that on the receipt that is printed for individuals it states we will gladly exchange any unopened item with original receipt we do not offer Refunds. When I read that to them, they said we don't take food items and I said to them that it does not state that anywhere in your store. I asked for the Manager whom was no help, and then I asked who it was in charge of the store was not given that information was just told that the person that I spoke to originally was the person to talk to at this time. I think it's frustrating when the receipt states something and the individuals in the store does something differently. It's not posted anywhere in the stores that that is their policy. I know it's only a few dollars but it's just the Principal, and if I had purchased this items the day before or it's been a few days, I would understand not taking back the items, but it has been within 30 minutes.

Me and my mom went there and it changed her some cents.she didn't have it so I went to get some in the car.the worker that rung our things. Then got mad at my mom and she was pregnant.she wanted to fight my mom.that lady should lose her job cause if my mom had fought with her and lost the baby I would make sure she loses all jobs she ever gets in the future.

I sometimes go to this location for some snacks drinks or essentials however, the manager at dollar tree gave me a wierd look today. Was sorda funny and I mean ultra low class management at dollar tree. I mean absolutely no sense of humor. Almost as if they are pitiful for no good reason. Don't be mad cause you see a high class guy walk in. I'm way higher up ranked than all of dollar tree management/corporation.
