Was in and out in 15 minutes ( including paperwork!) it’s a record! Doctor was listening all my concerns, explained all treatments and schedule follow up, in case I needed.Wow! You are rock!

“I love how Dr Arévalo takes care of me. I have been going to that clinic for years. Lately, I've been calling, and after 10 minutes on hold, they hang up on me. There have been 6 times that I have spoken at different times and THEY DON'T ANSWER! The service of Dr Arévalo; It's unique. Super professional and listens to my questions and/or doubts. Please talk to the people in charge of the phone. If they don't like their job, let them quit!!!”

God bless him for listening and caring for me and in my time of need. He is a God sent! The staff roomed me very quickly with my vitals taken. Also, great work done.”
“First visit to their Urgent Care (their facility is immaculate) staff unbelievably friendly as well as the Doctor which was extremely attentive to my 92yo grandmother, thorough in his examination & also clear in his explanations of the issue & treatment plan. . GREAT place I will be making them my number 1 go to for any future healthcare.”
“Had made an appointment two days prior and went through the entire pre-registration process, uploading my drivers license and insurance card and completing the questionnaire. I even gave my insurance information to the gal over the phone when I had called to inquire which day a certain doctor worked. Upon arrival, the receptionist said, she needed to see all that again because she didn’t have the information. I do not get the point of pre-registering. She was a bit curt and I was a bit frustrated.
UPDATE - it seems things have improved at the front desk. And the doctors are always very thorough. I particularly like Dr. Schumacher.”

“I switched over to Dr. Mohammedi about a year ago and it's been a productive and proactive time since. I feel that you can have an idea of what you want to accomplish or you can just show up and he will work with you and be proactive rather than reactive about your health. I got my physical done here and I had some concerns and lots of questions and Dr. mohammedi actually took the time to go through it them and even explain some points I didn't think about. The staff is nice and they will accommodate your schedule. Dr.s table side manner is next level and he really tries to make your experience comfortable.”

I went to this urgent care after I got hit by a car on my motorcycle at low speeds and they were too GREAT! From the front desk to the nurses and doctors everyone was polite and attentive. I got checked out, ALL my wounds were treated, got X-rays done, and received prescriptions. Nothing too major but very painful.”

“I've had this practice as my primary care facility with Dr. Andrew Yen being my PCP. Every time I was in need Dr. Yen was very helpful, and really took the time and effort to help me with what I needed. I wanted to leave this review also because, in the last 3/4 months I had some issues that caused me to call the office many times. And, literally, every time I talked to nurses, or administrators there, they were always super kind and helpful and that goes a long way when you're already stressed out because of a medical issue. So I totally recommend this facility and their staff :)”
“I have been with Via care East Los Angeles since 2016 and have received quality , professional and courteous service. I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me. VIA CARE is BLESSED to have such a dedicated and compassionate employee. THANK YOU AGAIN MS. REBECCA !! :)”
“Amazing experience! Just had a consult and was very pleased with the level of care, at first I was hesitant given the reviews but ultimately gave her shot since she’s locally convenient for me! She gave me multiple options for treatments and advised referrals would be given to specialists she recommended I should see. Maria, the lady in the back, she is also very attentive and great help in explaining. Celeste and Alejandra and Josefina are wonderful ladies and assisted with such professionalism! “I went their this week without an appointment. There was a sign Saying I needed an appointment, but the staff person said she would check to see if they could fit me in. Luckily, someone canceled their appointment and I was attended very quickly. The service was great. Everyone was pleasant and I was very pleased with the care I received.
