“This has to be on of the best Medical offices I've ever been to. I've seen NP Tim, NP, You You, and Dr Yau. These folks are some of the most compassionate medical providers I've ever met.
Dr Yau can get very busy so in the past I've agreed to see Tim or You You and they are both great. They really take the time to listen to your concerns and provide best quality care.
I always leave my appointments feeling like all my questions have been answered.
The young ladies in the front office and the medical assistants are also of the finest caliber.
I all Dr's offices were like this no one would be afraid to go to the doctor.”
“I was treated at the La Habra office over the weekend for a flu/respiratory symptoms. They quickly checked me in and ran all of their tests. It was determined I had a pneumonia and they quickly prescribed some antibiotics to begin my road to recovery. Kelby and the staff were great and have continued to follow up with me multiple times to check on me. Will continue to be a client!”

“This urgent care is amazing. They are the only urgent care that actually answers their phone when you call, everyone who works in that office is very professional and helpful. Even without insurance, this place was the most affordable urgent care around, they are very upfront with their pricing and explain everything and treat you like a person not just another number. We were seen by Stephanie Yeh she was very professional and just all around amazing. I hope I’m not getting his name wrong, but I think the guy who came in to give us to help was named Alex amazing guy as well, and the front desk staff is also super amazing. He really took the time to get to know me, my medical history, etc. However, the physician's assistant seemed to be a bit inexperienced, especially when it came to drawing blood. She kept poking me all across the arm and this portion of my visit was generally an unpleasant experience.”

I went to this urgent care after I got hit by a car on my motorcycle at low speeds and they were too GREAT! From the front desk to the nurses and doctors everyone was polite and attentive. I got checked out, ALL my wounds were treated, got X-rays done, and received prescriptions. Nothing too major but very painful.”

“I switched over to Dr. Mohammedi about a year ago and it's been a productive and proactive time since. I feel that you can have an idea of what you want to accomplish or you can just show up and he will work with you and be proactive rather than reactive about your health. I got my physical done here and I had some concerns and lots of questions and Dr. mohammedi actually took the time to go through it them and even explain some points I didn't think about. The staff is nice and they will accommodate your schedule. Dr.s table side manner is next level and he really tries to make your experience comfortable.”

After having my vitals taken by the medical assistant, I was expecting maybe 10 minutes with the actual doctor like most medical offices. As soon as Dr. Chang came in, however, I was surprised at how thorough the consultation was. He was very personable, took the time to answer my (many) questions, and made the entire experience very comfortable. I appreciated the way he took the time to explain his reasoning for anything he recommended me and listened to my input on how I wanted to proceed to meet my goals as well. I'm extremely happy I got everything I needed to do in one single visit. I had a great experience from the ease of parking, friendliness of the front office, reasonable wait times, and actual quality of care. I highly recommend Dr. Chang.”

“I've had this practice as my primary care facility with Dr. Andrew Yen being my PCP. Every time I was in need Dr. Yen was very helpful, and really took the time and effort to help me with what I needed. I wanted to leave this review also because, in the last 3/4 months I had some issues that caused me to call the office many times. And, literally, every time I talked to nurses, or administrators there, they were always super kind and helpful and that goes a long way when you're already stressed out because of a medical issue. So I totally recommend this facility and their staff :)”

“I have been with Via care East Los Angeles since 2016 and have received quality , professional and courteous service. I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me. “Amazing experience! Just had a consult and was very pleased with the level of care, at first I was hesitant given the reviews but ultimately gave her shot since she’s locally convenient for me! She gave me multiple options for treatments and advised referrals would be given to specialists she recommended I should see. Maria, the lady in the back, she is also very attentive and great help in explaining. Celeste and Alejandra and Josefina are wonderful ladies and assisted with such professionalism!
