Ordered item from Fulfilment Express via Amazon for birthday present but did not arrive. No notification as to why !!Amazon stated that the item had been increased in cost after I placed order, totally unacceptable and poor communication and updates from this company.

Use to work at Fullfillment Express. Very dusty warehouse and extremely unorganized. Owner of company is very rude and arrogant. I was discriminated and disrespected throughout my time I was employed by Fullfillment Express. I dont know who in the right mind would even do business with such a very unprofessional work place. Half the people that work there are under the influence of some type of substance. I highly suggest no one does business with Fullfillment Express.
