Great GameStop. Liked the workers there. Super nice and informative about games. Helped me find some games and told me about some fun games coming out. Store is kind of small but enjoyed going through all the collectibles and games. Saw a few good deals that were up and coming but was going to start later that weekend. Recommend checking out if you enjoy just browsing because the store looked fairly filled with stuff you will be interested in.

One of the most anti customer chain, if not most, the guy and gal in the afternoon were typical, like having a siesta or with zombie look written all over their faces, reacting as if their peace was being disrupted. Any sensible customer, should turn around, kiss them goodbye with one’s behind.

I deposit cash into my Amazon account. I go there primarily for that reason. Wish they had dreamcast games. The staff are always really friendly and attentive.

Anything you need for gaming or pc. I needed a power cord for an old Xbox and they had it in stock. Anything I've ever needed they had in stock. And if they don't they try and find a store nearest you that does. The employees are always helpful and friendly. And the rewards program or pro membership they offer is well worth the $15 a year. I've redeemed dozens of $10, $15, $25, and $50 vouchers from earned points.

The manager Gabriel is a bit rude. I purchased about 5 games. All x box and one ps4. Drove home and notice I was missing my ps4 game. I got the box but no game inside. Called the store and tolled me I can pick it up. The next day I arrived. I don't live close. Probably 25 miles from this store. I understand people make mistakes. No one is perfect but what I don't appreciate is Gabriel asking me unnecessary and inappropriate questions. He asked me "Where do you live" "Where do you work?" Felt as if he was trying to justify his mistake. As a profesional employee and a manager at that you don't ask strangers those personal questions. A simple "I apologize and thank you" would had been simple and all is forgiven. Even before this experience this man just gives off a negative energy. I've been to plenty of GameStop's and every single visit have been positive not just because of the wonderful customer service they provide but because of the positive vibe they give despite what they may be going through. I wish this man the best and I hope and pray things get better for him.

Every time I go in the employees are super helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about games and collectibles. If Isaiah is working say Hi he's super cool and knows a lot about POP! Figures.

Every single time I called I’ve never got them to answer their phones. So, f it, I’ll go to the store. Look up what time they close, 9 o clock, cool I have time to go before it closes. We get there an hour before it closes aaaaand there are guys talking at the cash register having fun. I look at the store hours on window and it says 9 o clock. But they have the metal gates down and are closed already. I seriously thought maybe it’s going out of business. Went back middle of the day the next day and it’s open. Although they are nice, I really do believe this location has very very very lazy employees.

I have to say that Isaiah made my day!!! GameStop.com shipped me a completely incorrect item. Soft in chat was no help (even disconnected on me). Shout out to Nate in customer service (phone) for recommending going to my local store and making my return label. So by the time I got to Isaiah I was stressed out. He made the return/exchange quick and easy! Highly recommended!!! The guys here are great!!!!
