Awesome customer service. You walk in and they just stare at you and make you feel uncomfortable. Then they just ask you in a rude way do you need something?
Terrible place, horrible treatment. Come in and they just stare at you until they ask you what you want. Forget a good afternoon, how can we help you. It even seems like I bothered her by coming to shop here.

Worst place ever just went there the other night some girl Maya mancia was supposed to dye my hair a blonde color I was told they could do it all that day I was there for 10+ hours she dyed my hair like yellow hay color and completely off from what I wanted so I asked if we could just do a black color I was told that they didn't have black so I asked for if they can at least make it close to my normal color hair and she told me "we just went thru this whole process girl just to go back to black" then told me this is the color they can do for me but if I want I can come back in two weeks and the same amount 250 to get what i want then i came in today to complain and they just made excuses abd tried to put it on me like i knew but i was told they can do what i asked for

I came in for a cut and ended up getting a shampoo,cut, and blow out. I worked with Patricia she was friendly and worked quickly but paid attention to detail. I loved my haircut will definitely be coming back to her. Great prices and friendly staff! Patricia did an amazing job with my hair!

I called previous to my visit to ask a price of a hair cut they said 17.99 most basic when I got there I asked again to make sure all I need it was to cut a bit of my hair length no layers no blow out no bags nothing, the lady that cut my hair charged me 30 dollars and asked me how much tip I wanted to give her, I’m not saying her work is not worth what she charged but I called and ask the price because I know what’s my budget I was expecting to paid 20-25 max I feel like they should have prices displayed.

Had plans fall thru last minute and was desperate to get my daughter pampered before going to see her favorite artist, Taylor swift. I wanted her to get her hair and make up done to match her gorgeous dress and to make her feel her absolute best before the show. Laura Hernandez did an amazing job! We called her the literal day before and wanted to get the earliest appointment possible. Laura said she didn't get there til later and we were hoping to be at the stadium before. She offered to come in early to provide her services! She was kind and patient with my 12 year old. She let her pick her eye colors and chatted with her like one of the girls. Every step of her process she would turn my daughter and double check her work with me..she went above and beyond. My daughter was thrilled and we had the night of our lives at her first concert. Cannot thank you enough Laura!

This young lady named Ms Sonia, my niece did magic to my hair! She fixed it and styled it so beautifully. I am so ecstatic about my new hair! I reccomend going to Ms Sonia anytime.

Spent a lot of months looking for a good old-school barber who knew how to do a clean cut over the ear combed back haircut and I found Eva at this salon, been going to her for over 3 years now and have since referred a number of my friends to her she does a good job!

Giving one star so I can leave a review lol. Came here once and got my hair cut by a blonde woman she was great gave me a great haircut loved her. This review is for the hairdresser with the black hair and blonde chunky highlights. Not only was she rude and clearly was mad she had to be at work, but I paid $40 for her to give me an attitude when asking what I wanted done to my hair. Mind you she didn't even bother to cut the front or even give me face framing bangs like I asked. Literally didn't fix the front at all, didn't even bother to ask her cus at that point I just wanted to leave. HORRIBLE service and just overall bad haircut Ps. Also mentioned that someone complained about a haircut she did and I could honestly see why. If y'all love your hair don't come here or atleast don't go to girl with the highlights SMH
