I purchased a pair of heels for a speacial event on a Thursday set for pick up. Because i work. I was unable to pick up until Saturday which was the day of the event. Not so lucky for me i get there exactly at 10:30am and store was closed. I gave benefit of the doubt and thought they’re just running late. After one hour of calling and texting the number they have on the stalls i gave up and left to the mall since i was already running late for the event. The number i texted shows my message was delivered, atleast have the audacity to message me back with an apology. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I used to love buying from them since the alleys, but for personal(political) views i already felt they were my last resort. Now, i am never shopping there again. I still haven’t received a message regarding the refund i requested. I guess i will need to submit a reasonable charge back.

I bought a few shoes from here. They’re a little bit uncomfortable to wear, but I bought some boots because boots are usually comfortable and I couldn’t walk. I walked from the door to my car. That’s it well I have a stupid policy that you cannot exchange or return the shoe “ so you’re telling me that the quality of your shoe is so bad that even when you wear it for five minutes, you can’t return or exchange ? not even a high-end brand will do this never buying from here again. But again this is what happens when you buy cheap shit. And also, why would you even call yourself customer service when you have no answer to any question that I’ve asked ridiculous.

Definitely will not be ordering from them again. I paid for express shipping, was tracking my item and according to ups they never received the item for it to be shipped and they only received the label. I called the company(miss lola) and they claimed they did ship it and that ups just needs to update its information. I kept tracking the package but ups info online still read the item still was not received. The day I was supposed to receive the package ups info online read I would receive it 3days after . Due to miss lola did not ship it on time as promised I now have to wait, even though I paid for express shipping. Don’t have the option if you’re not going to fulfill it, very unprofessional and misleading!

There has been several times I have paid for one day shipping and have not received my order within 24 hours it didn’t arrive for 2 days after the estimated delivery, this instance I paid for 2 day shipping ordering on Monday. Now my package says it’s delayed won’t arrive till Friday evening after the fact, I will be out of town and unable to have my purchase

The customer service here was so good and the product quality was amazing. I purchased the gold butterfly heels and they’re absolutely beautiful. 10/10 would recommend!!

Cheap and they don’t give refunds for merchandise you have to pay to send back.
Same quality as fashion nova or shein. Considering you have to pay for return shipping, it’s not worth the risk of the initial purchase.

I use to love MissLOLA . I been a costumer since 2016. Not sure why so many of there policies have changed. The quality isn’t even worth the pricy anymore. Very disappointing.
