Every month trying to pay a bill, a worker always has to give a hard time. Never fails with these workers, just always seem never helpful with them.

Lowe's does not provide the great customer service they used to provide. I went to have a duplicate key. It took sometime for someone to arrive. In the interim, a male who was placing stickers was asked to help me twice. He would rather put his stickers off than to provide customer service. I spoke with the store manager and this man who refused to provide customer service changed his story and stated he was not called, which is untrue. I was next to the cashier attendant who asked him twice for help. Home Depot or Ace Hardware store is where I am shopping due to the customer service.

I used to prefer coming to this place. Over there, competitor now service has gone down so badly came to get a new lock from my house and get it rekey, and they're trying to make me buy a whole new set for the whole house. Telling me they can't do that , I'm trying to buy from them. so disappointed

Made a purchase online for pick up.The pick up lady with glasses and a blue vest was difficult. Showed her the bar code email and phone # and she still wanted my ID.When returning from my car she looks at my I'd then walks to the front door to hand me my box.Like hers your stuff now get out.Shes rude and all the employees at the front desk at lowes lack customer respect.They treat people they never met like criminals

I love Lowe’s everything here is much better then Home Depot. But I don’t like their recent changes to the return policy. Plus they don’t use the mylowes(which has never been high quality) to do the returns.

Absolutely avoid this store and the workers there if you could. I lost about $300 because of their misleading returns policy and the rudeness of the woman at the returns counter.Whole story: I brought in some planters that were purchased for me through a third party to see if I could get a refund in cash or gift card. The woman who helped me was discourteous and spoke with a sarcastic tone of voice when I tried to make small talk, but she brushed me off. After taking my receipt, she immediately refunded it to the 3rd party's card without communicating a word to me that it was what she was doing.I read the policy at the counter multiple times and it stated that there are multiple options to getting a refund, but nowhere did it say that it can ONLY be refunded to the original payment method. I was waiting for her to just look up the order in the system, but instead she processes it without asking if it's what I wanted. Just a single confirmation or asking "card?" would've helped to avoid this issue, because I would've said no to the refund since it wasn't my card. I spoke to the store manager Rochelle, and she gave me the same excuse that "other stores do the same thing." What does it matter what other stores do? I'm talking to you because your employee didn't communicate properly and made an irreversible 300$ charge that I can no longer get back, and that the 3rd party is not responsible for. Even though this happened, I spoke to multiple people at this store politely because I know that being rude to customer service gets you nowhere. I was still given horrible attitude by all the upper management employees when I was just desperate for some assistance.Go to any other home improvement store but this one.
