“Wow! These guys are unbelievably hard-working, efficient, careful, and seemingly super-human. We've had three separate moves (so far) as we relocate from Los Angeles to Northern California.

The team initially helped with loading a Pod that we rented, and they made use of every inch of that unit. They carefully wrapped pictures and furniture, rolled rugs, and loaded everything carefully with padding and support to ensure that things didn't tumble during the move.

They then loaded a moving truck with everything else in the house and drove it up to NorCal. Some items were carefully delivered to our temporary apartment, and the rest was put in a nearby storage unit, all with care and logically placed. As an example, the rolled throw rugs were among the last items loaded into the truck, as they are the first items to be placed in the new apartment, followed by the furniture which was placed on the rugs, etc. It was all incredibly well though out and wonderful.

I would absolutely trust these guys with my life and I am so grateful to have found them to help us through this stressful relocation. I can't overstate how wonderful they all are!”

“U-Pack’s ReloCube worked well overall for our move from Los Angeles to Raleigh. The cube was sturdy, felt safer/better built than a U-Haul container, and we had no moisture issues in transit. Capacity was impressive for a 1 bed/1 bath worth of furniture (we fit a sleeper sofa, queen bed, desk/chair, multiple shelving units, patio set, plus boxes), but because we packed it to the max we could only use minimal strapping and a few items still got banged up. Use plenty of moving blankets and secure everything aggressively.

The biggest downside was logistics: U-Pack couldn’t pick up in our neighborhood due to local restrictions, so we had to hire movers to haul everything to their Pico Rivera service center, which added over $800. On delivery, they gave a 24-hour window but arrived early, and pickup was scheduled two days later (no same-day pickups), so plan for permits if your area/state requires one to leave the cube on the street overnight.

Price for one cube was $1,998 + tax, and you can reserve a spare cube for $2,997 without committing to use it. One small service miss: when we arrived at Terminal 150, no one was waiting at reception even though we called ahead to confirm our cube, but we were able to get it sorted. Overall, I’d still use them again.”
