“Home Depot is hands down my favored store of all time. And let’s be honest there’s not a bunch of Harvard graduates working there. As as soon as the CAT knives showed up on the Home Depot site I inquired with one of the sales associates and she replied “ kitty cat” Of course I was referring to the CAT - Caterpillar- heavy equipment operator company But they don’t carry the stores so I understand for her it’s not part of her required curriculum. I was looking for a replacement bulb for a lava lamp which are specialty bulbs ( of course they have to heat to a precise degrees or they ruin the substance inside the lava lamp) And the sale aaaociate, looked at me all confused Then said “ really your supposed to use a special kind of bulb, I guess that’s why all the floor models of the lava lamps got ruined right after I changed the bulbs” And at the moment he was trying to help me find the bulb I needed The blind leading the blind I worked at harbor freight when I was 19 Not only did I memorize every single sku number of every item we carried I taught myself how to use every last one. And do construction to this day and I’m 43 I loved my job and was always very knowledgeable about everything we sold. There’s maybe two employees in every store that actually feels that way about customer service and it’s super lame because sometimes u do need assistance Even worse when u need something like materials for a job u don’t want to run into a guy who’s trying yo “ fake it till he make it” If u get materials u need to have cut for your order and prepared before u leave by the time u get back ti the job And find out the size is wrong u have lost time that could make or break that job and customer I still give it 5 stars because of inventory and my overall need for brands like Milwaukee and channel lock that lame Lowe’s doesn’t carry and that’s the only other option we would have”

“I love this HomeDepot it’s always organized! It’s clean and fully stocked. The staff is lovely and very polite. The best thing it’s near my house and you see me here at least once a week. Always a ton of parking. Just stay away in the weekends it gets very busy Saturday and Sunday mornings.”

“Large nursery with a wide variety of plants. Very reasonably priced. Both times i have gone, the younger gentlemen provided excellent customer service. He makes sure he is avaliable to answer any and all questions. I'm almost positive this place is cash only.”

They help you pick best wood and offer expertise and support however they can! Way better than Home Depot for support!”

“Who hired Andres? You have a keen eye for talent. Please fill your store with more like him. He crossed paths with me at the entrance. I had a mulch exchange which I'd purchased the wrong color. The initial contact, the usual not so friendly front end customer service you don't have your receipt...blah blah...never mind that I spend thousands of dollars at this store chain yearly. Never mind that not only was I replacing with a correct color but purchasing more bags, but ok ladies, I have a broken rib and no strength to care so I will allow you to be condescending and feel important, just give me my mulch. I still have Andres. He hauled the cart with the wrong color bags to the garden, loaded now 10 bags of the right color, plus two bags of GroMulch and was ever so happy to do so. Andres stayed with me through check out and loaded my car ever so careful...and just a nice guy. "Ma'am, I love my job" The attitude amazing...the skills...amazing. Management keep an eye on this man and give him what he deserves. Don't lose him and hire more like him. To loyal Home Depot customers that read this review ask for him when you come in and commend him for doing a great job. They don't get paid enough for their hard work. To the management...hire more employees that care just like Andre.”

Parking lot is a bit small and cramped,tons of day laborers around but they don’t bother you..The nice lady that runs the self checkout and sometimes a checkout lane is nice and sweet,don’t know her name sadly ?”

“Great place to find new plants and get supplies. It gets busy on weekends but the lines go by quickly and there's so much space, who can complain? All employees are helpful and regular customers are helpful and sociable about plants. Amazing selection here, some highlights have been the mushroom plant and aloe ferox as well as black calla lilies. Their prices are great! All the carts work well and everything is placed intuitively. If you call and ask about a product, they call back to let you know it's in stock.”

“ONE OF MY BIGGEST REGRETS WAS NOT TO STOP AT THIS PLACE SOONER....... So I've always passed up this spot going down York. It was a nursery back in the dayz when I was a youngster mom and pops would roll up in there to buy some grass and flowers for our child hood home. Well let me explain myself a little better it's still is a nursery but a high end one, what I mean by that is that the neighborhood is now hipsterville so its way more pricey then it was and yes it is very nice different kinds of plants, flowers and yes succulents I'm sure there are much more to look at but I just went in there for a couple of gifts for my manicurist and a friends mother. As I got older and moved away I would see everything dried out but when Planta moved in everything looked beautiful. Then about a year ago or so they moved across the street to a big building with lots of space for there plants but I saw no grass. Anywho the worker that was there that day was very attentive and help me pic exactly what I was looking for. As I went pass there last week I see a new nursery spot moving in the old Planta spot which I can't wait to stop by I think is gonna be their sister store. I'll let you plant lovers know the biz when I find out. Parking is street only for both spots. "KEEPING IT 1HUNNID"”

Even with so many customers in and out, Elton remember us though we haven’t been there for a while. Even though they were so busy, they will happily answer questions you have and help your plants thrive.Rainbow also has very cute pots of all sizes! Their price is unbeatable and on top of that they gave us discounts on top of discounts. They get new plant shipments every Friday. “Ridiculously cute animal air plant holders/mini plant pots. Each one is designed and made as a one of a kind so each one is a little different and unique. I came in and was immediately greeted by the owner who told me that him, his wife, and his mom collaboratively work on all of these themselves so it is very heart warming to know that it's a family business! I only got a cow one but I honestly wanted them all! They have various animals such as cows, bulls, pigs, sheep, elephants, fish, and turtles! Each one comes with an air plant too!”
