“I guessed I was lucky because one of the staff greeted me when I just pull into the area. He told me there would be a 2 hours wait since it's a busy Sunday morning. I was okay with that so after 5 minutes, another guy came to help me check in. After obtaining some basic information, the staff asked me to give him the key and I was good to go. Sounds fast, right? But he didn't even ask me what kind of battery I would like to change (there were 2 kinds, a 2-year warranty & a 3-year warranty). He didn't even suggest any other options (like anti-corrosion treatment). Luckily, I knew what I needed so there's no problem. It actually only took an hour to complete the service so I was first very pleased with that. However, by the time of payment. They put in a $12 core charge. This should be waived if you let them took the old battery. Even though they took the charge off eventually, but it seems like they weren't aware of what they were doing. I was a little disappointed at the customer service but Walmart's price is decent, what more do you expect?Service: Auto battery replacement”
