“I have had a great experience here. I went in for a walk in oil change and i know that your not guarantied a spot but i took my chances. When i arrived i was helped by Liz and she was so nice and explained that even though i was walk in and she was down to only 3 techs helping out she would see how she could help me. I was told the wait would be 1hour and it was a long shot of me getting the service done but i waited 30 mins and they were able to service my car. She offered me cold bottled water and she seemed to have a great relationship with the techs offering a lot of support. She looked like she was running the show there. I will definitely make an appointment next time and i hope she will be there to greet me.”
