I had my prescription sent here. And when I called to ask if it was ready for pick up the lady on the phone told me they never received a prescription. I called my clinic and they sent the prescription again. And once again the pharmacy said they hadn't received it. My clinic called them and they told my physician they HAD received the prescription BUT didn't have that medication available. They told me they never received it!!! Such a waste of my time. So so so unprofessional

Best pharmacy EVER! Service you will not find at any of the chain pharmacies. Staff is always helpful and cheerful.

There the best ! Staff is so kind and courteous …. Pharmacist explains everything to you in detail so that you understand your medication’s and what they are for. My go to for all my medications.

I can't begin to say enough about the wonderful people working at Pico Care Pharmacy!! They truly treat you like family and never have I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my prescriptions ! They're kind, considerate and very friendly and still manage to be fast! Not to mention the store is absolutely lovely full of wonderful merchandise along with medical supplies too. I go no where else!!!!

They are always fast and friendly with prescriptions. It's easy to refill prescriptions using their automated phone service and you can chat with a pharmacist if it's not working and they refill quickly.

Waste of time pharmacy. You know that email from the government that you get when you get your Covid vaccine appointment that says identification is NOT required to get your COVID vaccine, well don't tell that to Pico Care Pharmacy! We even CALLED before going to make sure you don't need your photo ID (because we lost it) to get your vaccine and they said you don't need it. Got to the pharmacy and they refused to give the COVID vaccine. Asked them why they would say otherwise over the phone and none of the employees would fess up to who gave the wrong info over the phone. Asked them for something in writing that said they refused to vaccinate, and they refused to give anything in writing.So to my friends who might not be in the U.S. legally go elsewhere because if you go to this place to get your life saving COVID vaccine and don't have photo identification you will be turned away. Listen to the 1 star reviews of this place. They are there for a reason.

Had a appointment for my second dose of the covid vaccine and they refused to give it to me. A GOVERNMENT issued appointment at this location and they REFUSED to give it to me. CDC even says that you can get the second dose 4 days before or after the 3 week mark.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE FOR COVID TESTING!!!! I had to get a rapid covid test for an event. I booked an appointment online on Saturday for Monday. On Sunday, I found a place that does it for free (orange county covid clinic - GO THERE INSTEAD). I tried calling to cancel my appointment on Sunday but they are closed. I sent an email reply to the email address that sent the confirmation. I called first thing in the morning on Monday to confirm the cancellation. They said they didn't get an email and I would get charged a $25 late charge fee. They said they cancelled the appointment and I called again to confirm after getting a reminder email for my upcoming appointment. The lady was rude when i called to confirm the cancellation - she was short with me and quickly hung up saying she cancelled it. Well, I got charged the full $79.99 and its been 2 weeks and now I'm on hold with my bank to dispute the charge. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I feel like I got scammed.

Independent pharmacies are the way to go. Corporate pharmacy has broken ethical and safe standards and overall human interaction at this point. Also, they have no time to have a human interaction. You can find a personal experience here.

Customer Lacking for Healthcare ProviderIf less than 1 star were available, this place deserves it. They are the worst, UNLESS you like spending unnecessary time on the phone, being passed around from person-to-person, being talked down to while the next person repeats the same thing that the last person said, having to repeat yourself/answer the same questions you already answered. (Not a joke. Happened on more than one occasion.) And don't be fooled by "ADVERTISEMENTS FOR FREE DELIVERY" (That's only if your insurance pays enough for the med or equipment.) For most, the delivery service charge is $10 for EITHER delivery or mail, so you're not saving a lot of money HERE. (If you get monthly prescriptions, and stay w/ this store for 5 years, that is an ADDITIONAL $600 IN FEES ALONE.) THERE IS A BETTER WAY. Faster, more convenient service is available from chain pharmacies, including FREE DELIVERY and online refill request/status checks. Don't just walk away from Pico Pharmacy. RUN!!!!
