I have been coming here for some time and the work for pedicure by the only one tech I go to is exceptional. However, they don’t have a clue about their clients time, the disrespect is beyond me. If I take my time and effort to set up an appointment, I should be seen in my timeframe. I have now had two times where I’m the one with the appointment and q walk in is in my spot being serviced. It seems this is a norm and it’s an absolute joke.
Do better Queen Nails. If you have a walk in then have them wait - if I have an appointment I should be given the respect I deserve.

Tracy, Lena, Penny, Kim, Jennifer, the owner and the whole crew at Queen nails are amazing! On time with appointments and they always make sure their customers are satisfied! Highly recommended this clean nail salon and all the nail techs!

This place is my go to nail spot in pico. All the staff is amazing and friendly feels like family. I like to spoil myself here when get a chance with my busy work schedule and sports mom. My daughters and I been coming here for sometime now and the biggest plus is this spot is just a few blocks away from my house.

Good service and a good work environment. They take the client's needs seriously, providing security, order, cleanliness and professionalism. Their business hours can also call them for an appointment, that way they won't waste time and will leave faster without any setbacks.
Monday: 09:30 a.m. m. – 07:00 p.m. m.
Tuesday – Friday: 09:30 a.m. m. – 08:00 p.m. m.
Saturday: 09:30 a.m. m. – 07:00 p.m. m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. m. – 05:00 p.m. m.

Grew fungus on 6 finger nails, they need a gel x class to learn. They removed my gel x half way and applied new set on top of lumpy nails leaving bubbles. Now I have green and yellow nails. I tried to tell the lady many times to remove the old gel x but she kept saying it was okay. Horrible job, do better.
