One of the ATMS is out of service, the second available one is not accepting deposits. They need to fix these atms always something wrong

About a month or so ago I received a 5 dollar bill with 1/4 torn off from this locations ATM. At the time this branch was closed and I wasn't able to go inside until Oct 12. I went to the teller and withdrew some money. Then I showed them the torn $5 bill and asked if I could exchange it. The teller said he would have to ask his manager. He then asked the teller in the next window if the other side supposed to have a serial number. She said yes and so he told me he couldn't exchange it. Was she the manager? I told him, "So you think I'm lying that this came out of your atm?" He said no and that he couldn't exchange it. As I walked away the other teller told me that I can contact the FDIC or treasury department or something like that. Instead of making a long time customer happy for $5, they refused to exchange the bill. Incidentally, I looked at another 5 dollar bill (along with a $1 and $10 bill) and none of them have serial numbers on the back. Also, why couldn't they look at a $5 bill in their till to compare? Nice going SchoolsFirst.

This branch is horrible, and once I get the name of the representative in the branch that was helping me, I will be emailing her boss and corporate office. I was approved up to $20k, and the vehicle I was looking at was at 16k, and all the numbers added up, however the lady I came to, to get my check to take to the dealer, was saying I overpaid for the car and to look at other dealers and see what I can do elsewhere and that the car I was buying was reliable and this and that. I ended up figuring out that the lady was just lying to me, I took the purchase order to another branch, and was able to get the full approval. The lady even was being rude with the dealer too. I almost lost my dream car because of her. She should not be allowed to put her hands on any other persons loan, and I will follow up with this to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Its really sad to be honest. Just cut the check, I make my payments I have an 800 credit score.

At this location today 8.10.2023, in whittier blvd, Pico Rivera, this banker Lesly took FOREVER to process my transaction! Whatever her issue was, it should not take that long as it did..

Conveniently located close to the school where I work at I stop by this branch often. I was sad to hear that Cesar left due to a promotion, so I had the pleasure of sitting with Geovanna to fund my auto loan. Both Cesar and Geovanna have gone above and beyond for me and myBanking needs as a school employee. They have both provided me with an exceptional level of service in every visit and I appreciate their efficiency, genuineness, and attention to detail.
