internet connection got disconnected many times. So sick. Maybe I will change the home internet company very soon. All they did is saying sorry..there is problem with cable somewhere and told us to just wait and left us with no internet for long times. We pay services in full but don't gett services in full. Now we live without internet. Hope they finish fixing soon. No internet for over 6 hours now.

Our daughter lost her phone and we had an extra phone so we had spectrum activate the extra phone and I believe it was without charge

MARYLOU is the real deal ! My husband needed a new phone immediately, to assist with work the next day. We went in NOT knowing exactly what we wanted, but had an idea. Marylou, came over and greeted us, and offered to help. We told her more or less what we needed, and she immediately gave a great suggestion. It was perfect, and on sale ! She carefully assisted very kindly, SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE, professionally, and without rushing us. My husband and I are not tech savvy, so she even helped link my husbands smart watch to his new phone.
All while paying attention to our needs/ usage of our other SPECTRUM accounts. Such as our cable/ internet, and informed us of a promotion that helped tremendously
!!! Had she NOT offered this, my husband and I had already made plans to switch to another company with my union offering a better deal. However we wanted to stay with SPECTRUM, and now we were were able too. Not only did it help us monthly, but she helped us understand our services soooo much better. We now get the MOST out of it, with ways that we did not even know about. It took about 2 hours, but keep in mind, buying or trading a new phone can be stressful, and time consuming like buying a car or house. So it helps if you go with that in mind. It just depends on what you need. Thank you for the best experience we have ever had with our phones in 30 years of marriage. Ask for Marylou !!!

I’ve always had horrible experiences going into Spectrum stores and looking for help. I would always get uninterested and uninformed “help”. That was until I came to the Pico Rivera store and got helped by Julio. This guy is my guy. It’s always a pleasure to come in now. He’s nice, professional and informed. On top of all that, he goes above and beyond to get you the best deals.

Poor customer service. The lady attending me was frustrated because I was asking many questions. I'm an internet customer and was looking for television service. I did have many questions due to never doing television business with Spectrum. The spectrum representative needs customer service training.

You decided to try this company after their door-to-door salesman offered us a plan to try with no risk or charge for the first 30 days. I tried the service but didn't like it, and a week later, I was charged $49.99 for the first month. They did not honor their initial offer and refused to make it right. Avoid yourself a headache and don't do business with this company.
