Great service! Michael, the representative was very knowledgeable about Apple products. I wish the process to transfer and buy a new phone and watch were faster because I was in the store for an hour and a half!

The truth is, what a bad experience I had in this store, I arrived and no one greeted me, no one took the trouble to greet me,
The worst thing is that there were people who came in and attended to them immediately, that is not fair, I felt discrimination on the part of the workers of that league.
Staff should be trained to provide better customer service.

Came in with some billing issues from a previous purchase at at the Montebello store. The store manager Raul was able to help me resolve my issues as well as help me with the upgrade for my 2 daughters.

Managers think they know it all but in reality don’t even know what they are doing themselves. Save your self the time .

Sales representative did not help me with my request. He seen bother every time I asked him a question. He also left to the back for over ten minutes. Due to that, I left the store and visited the Verizon store at the Montebello Mall where I was treated well ( lost for this store, I ended up spending $700 + on upgrades). Will not be coming back to this store.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. My dad went there because his phone wasn't working and he has insurance. The representative told him that a refurbished phone might be worse and not function properly, so they advised him to get a new phone. Taking advantage of his age, they convinced him to get a new line, leaving him with two phones to pay for because they deemed it the best solution. The next day, I contacted corporate, and they told me it was a defective device covered by warranty, even though they never inspected the phone. When we returned the phone, my dad only got $13 back out of the nearly $365 he paid because they disguised additional charges as a screen protector ($65), camera lenses ($40), and other unknown fees. They never provided a receipt to conceal the extra charges. It's sad how they exploit the elderly. I'm filing complaints with corporate, the city of Pico Rivera, and the BBB to shed light on their unethical business practices. Stay away from this store

I have gone here plenty of times it's usually Micheal who helps us, but this time it was Ryan he was very helpful and all the questions I had he answered them really well and I appreciate it so much, I thank these two for helping so much

This is the most backwards and lazy store I've ever been to. I place an order for EXPRESS PICKUP and because they're a reseller they don't even have the order. Completely defeats the purpose of EXPRESS pickup when they aren't even going to help me cancel the order so they can get the sale today. These reps are so lazy they don't even greet you when you walk in and they sure as shit don't even get off of their chair. So unprofessional but I guess that's why they work here and nowhere that actually makes anything more than minimum wage. The most hilarious thing is that the store had the audacity to CANCEL the order without notifying me until I called 3 days later and they had canceled it on the back end because I "didn't pick it up within 3 days." Keep in mind that I physically walked into the store the SAME DAY I ordered the devices and had an appointment and they flat out didn't give a shit about even looking up my order or even trying to help. This store gets the worst ratings and makes Verizon look terrible. It's a miracle that they're still open with how badly the service is here based on other reviews. (11/50--2024)
