I needed to make a Christmas photo card, but I was unable to to do it. I asked for help and a clerk came over to help me. She also had difficulty, so she asked for help, but he also encountered problems. He asked for help and the young man solved the problem. Judith, George, and Banair were so kind and patient to take their time to help me complete my project. They are 5 stars employees. Thank you,

Decent store, the convenience of being a smaller chain than, say, a superstore Walmart. The cashier, Giselle, was very gracious and hospitable - very pretty eyes that girl and - yes - very helpful. Good experience. Thanks! ?

I will be calling corporate Monday regarding a incident today with lead supervisor Carmen she was very unprofessional rude and disrespectful this kind of service is not acceptable she raised her voice very loud and looked at me like she wanted to kill me even the customer in back of me gave me his phone number so he can be a witness to her behavior I never experienced anything like that in my 62 year's of life very disturbing and alarming that a supervisor can work with the public having aggressive behavior.

George at Walgreens was a life saver. He helped me with my pictures because they printed out so wrong! Omg thanks to him I was able to make the perfect gift for my dads birthday !

I have been a loyal customer to this location for many years. I have never had a problem with any of the employees. They are all great and helpful. Unfortunately today an employee by the name of Sully approached me in a very unprofessional manner. Sully needs to find another job or get customer service training. You look miserable at your job lady!

I dropped my package off at Walgreens to get it delivered on time the girl sent me a tracking text and confirmation but when I noticed it was too late. She sent me a different tracking number and my package was NEVER RECEIVED it was lost and it’s been almost a month and the package never appeared. This is literally so disappointing seeing that it’s Christmas time and I needed the money.

This one of the worst stores Ive ever shopped at. Horrible customer service. They treat everyone like criminals. Management is no help not even the store manager. Frankie is the worst one. I dont believe he's a manager even though he says he is... probably a shift lead. He should not be in any type of leadership role. Heard him tell customers if I have to come up and deal with another issue he is going to walk out. Also, talking trash to another employee about the cashier Soupany in the front. He needs to find another profession. This store does not deliver any customer service. Shop at any other walgreens but here.

Went into this location yesterday to do a few purchases spent about 3040 minutes in the store collecting my items only to walk to the register and The told that I couldn't purchase my items that way I wanted to purchase them. I had separated my items in two different transactions and they share that they cannot do that Hass to be one transaction because people come into the Store and conduct 56 transactions and it takes too much other time I was confused I had as I had done this in the past at other Walgreens with no issue spoke to Manager and he confirmed. I could potentially understand why this is an issue when you have a line but the store was completely empty and no one was behind me and my transactions were organized everything should've been processed quickly. Manager on duty stated that it was a company policy when I asked to see where it dates that he just kept repeating it was a company policy I contacted corporate to gain a little bit more clarity and they stated that this is not the case. Ultimately left behind all my merchandise and didn't purchase anything. Considering there a business which by the way was completely empty I would assume that they needed some kind of sales for the day but I guess they can function without any profit

Racist employees! I won't be returning here again. I had stopped by after work to get some eye drops. I didn't know where they are at so I very politely asked a store employee where they are. He was kind enough to walk me there but I soon noticed in the corner of my eye that I was being watched and followed to make sure I didn't steal anything. Are you freaking kidding me! I would understand if I looked sketchy or something but I was professionally dressed and gave a lot of respect. There was no reason for all that.

This is one of the worst Walgreens I've been too! Frank or Frankie has horrible customer service skills! I came in with an upset stomach so I came to get some medicine and supplies while I was there I had to use the bathroom really bad I asked politely if I could please use the bathroom and the older lady at the front counter said yes because she could see it was an emergency so she paged someone to go to the back, Frankie was back there fixing shelves or something and denied me using the bathroom very rudely saying that he had just cleaned it, I told him that it was an emergency and that I would respectfully not leave a mess, he went on saying that no because bathrooms close at 9pm keep in mind that people go in here feeling sick or needing stuff for upset stomach's and they don't have the bathrooms open for emergencies, are you kidding me! I'll be calling corporate tomorrow because they way Frank/Frankie handled things was very inhumane, rude and just play wrong!!!!!!!!
