Everything is LOCKED UP !!! 40 mins to get a $2 item, i had to ask 8 employees if they can open a damn door, the button doesn't work you HAVE to ask a real human to get them to open it, otherwise you will be there FORVER

Dont come here. Dirty and they take years to help you. They lock every Item up and when you push a button for help, they don't care. Waited 30 min and walmart ppl walked around me saying to keep pushing it. Rude employees too

I wish I can give this place a zero start but unfortunately I can't. I hade the worst experience of them all I tried getting my online order but no one helped me according to them my order was lost or something like this so I told them if I can have a refund they said no so I wanted to talks to the coach who I believe her name is Bianca supposedly she wasn't there so I wanted to talk to the store manager Amit and he wasn't there either. Long story short I didn't get my order and I'm upset I didn't get a refund either I don't recommend this Walmart and it's ghetto as well . Please take ur business somewhere else and if you do come here hopefully you don't get treated badly

They gave my entire online order to someone else and then came to me and told me what happened. And instead of re-filling my order. They basically told me sorry we're going to cancel your order. So basically I was not able to get my stuff because of someone else is incompetence. They need to either train or re-staff the online order staff.

DONT USE THEIR PICK-UP service. I placed an order on line for pick-up and I got the alert that my order was ready. I drove out there on a Monday at 7p. I parked in a numbered stall and checked in. There were about 5 other cars there waiting and 3 employees bringing the orders out. I waited over 30 min to get my stuff. I saw new cars arrive and get their things and leave many times. At about 20 min I got out of my car to go ask about my stuff. I had to ask 3 times. All they said was that it would come.iut soon. Was there over 30 min by the time they brought out my order. Big waste of time. Wast that busy either.

This might possibly be the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Don't let the glitz and glam of the new remodel trick you. It's just lipstick on a pig. Basically everything in the non food section is locked up. It takes forever for someone to come open them for you. Then when they come, they're rude like you're inconveniencing them. I get that this store is in a sketchy area and probably gets stolen from a lot....but if you're going to have half the store locked up, have someone constantly in those sections to make sure the customers are taken care of. The checkout is a shit show too. All jumbled together. I only come here because it's close to my work and convenient when I need something in a pinch. If you can, avoid this location

This walmart is the worst when trying to check out since all the self check out and cashiers are together. This location has a memeber self check out which is pointless when you having a long line to check out. There some employees there just standing around on their phones. Never coming back here again

I don't go often to walmart because it's way far from where i live. Without traffic is like 40 min.The Web page told me that the money center was open from 9-11, it was a lie. Now i have to come tomorrow ??

DO NOT GET YOUR TIRE INSTALLED HERE!!! They BREAK parts on your car & claim they will reimburse you if you fix them- but then WONT!!! IT WAS A LIE!!!!! I AM LIVID Decided on Black Friday to buy a tire and have it installed at Walmart. $90 said and done NBD. So I make an appointment & head 20+ miles to pico Rivera bc that's the closest Walmart w an auto center. I get there 15 mins early and no one even acknowledged the 5-10 people waiting there until I said something. There was NO ONE there to help us for like 20 mins. Then someone finally came. I wasn't checked in until 11:30 am. Fine, they are busy. They found my tire & put in the back seat (& SAID they notated that- which is important for later) I SHOWED the guy that the pressure was on 20 (the rest were 40). I was replacing a tire w a screw in it. It's in a shopping center w some stores so I go shopping... 2.5 hrs later I check on it and notice it's "on hold" no one called to let me know this, so I called them. The guy on the phone told me that they couldn't change the tire because the Lugnuts were too stripped. TWO AND A HALF HOURS IN THEY ARE SAYING THEY CANT DO WHAT I CAME HERE FOR?! I was LIVID. of course I curse a LOT, so I had some choice words. The guy HUNG UP ON ME!! I stormed over there (I was at a store on the other side of the shopping center) even MORE upset bc the guy hung up on me!!! I talk to another guy, & he says they can't do it bc they COULDNT FIND THE TIRE. Meanwhile, it was IN THE BACK SEAT. When I pointed that out they said "ok we'll fix it now" acting like that's what the problem was I waited another 30-45 mins for it to be changed. The guy comes out and shows me that the lugnut was stripped and messed up, so I guess that was true. But if I KNEW that was the case I would have taken it, & had my mechanic friend do it & given him the the money anyway, I need to buy a new lugnut, but it's ok w 4 for now. Not a big deal. I pay $30 and leave. I get into my car and my sensor on that tire is now ZERO. Nothing. I thought it was odd so I asked my friend that is a mechanic, and he said that's not normal. I went back in and asked them & they said it should work in a few miles. I drove to the citadel outlets bc they were right there. 5 miles. Still 0. Called them again. They said the mechanic said there was no sensor when he took off the tire??? Impossible bc my mechanic said there was one when he did and it worked fine. And when I came in IT WAS WORKING. I showed the guy 20 psi on my dash (I wish I took a pic ) they said I could get it fixed and they would reimburse. I said how do I know that will be true if i do?! He said the manger already knew about it, that they would. This was either a boldfaced lie or they had no idea what they were talking about. I got it fixed by my mechanic, and he said it was BROKEN OFF in a way that my tire could have deflated at any moment. They put my LIFE AT RISK. I call back and leave a message for the manager, never heard back. I call back again- THE MANAGER SAYS THEY FIX IT THERE AND WONT REIMBURSE??!!! Then why did two people before you tell me that that was how it was done???? I am so mad I didn't get their names!!!! I didn't get anyone's names... but everyone there is a lair, bad at their job or just plain st*pid I got angry and the manager then hung up on me. Because that's what professionals do right? They hang up on customers after messing up their car?! and the funny thing is they only do tires and oil changes... How are you so bad at your job that the one thing you do you mess up?!

Do not come here for tires... my appointment was at 1015am, i checked in at 930am, my car did not start getting worked on until, 1130am, it was finished at about 1pm they couldn't find my tires... a bunch of disrespectful young kids... to top it off, the employee who moved my car, got oil all over my interior... bad leadership, dirty work area, no where for the customer to sit and wait, only a huge store for us to go shopping in, i believe this is done on purpose... Walmart, stay out of the tire and oil change industry unless you guys are serious about it... i recommend jiffy lube for oil changes and your local small business for tires... if a regional manager would like to reach out, im available to discuss the matter...

Me and my boyfriend stopped by this Walmart randomly. We're blown away by how organized and neat everything was. Genuinely amazing on how clean and how detailed the workers were with stocking the products on the shelves. Honestly this is a Walmart the workers should be proud of. I never thought I would say this but yah This Walmart was beautiful. Wish I would have taken pictures but it's genuinely something you have to see to believe.

Answer the damn phone! I called 8 times from my pick up spot for check in. Message box is always full. Never anyone to help. I do pickup every week. Never anyone to check you in. Have to physically go up to someone and stop them to check you in. The app is only for first party users. If you are a pick up person or 3rd party pick up you can only call or stop someone in their tracks to check you in or help you. Today. I had stop 2 employees before I got someone to check me in. I watched people who came after come and go. And of course no one here takes responsibility for their crappy service. Sad...

Had a very scary experience on Saturday December 2, 2023 at around 5pmWent shopping with my elderly mother who has beginnings of dementia. I stepped away to use the restroom and left her in produce shopping. She disappeared for over an hour. Mind you I realize it was my fault to leave her. But asking the employees for help added to the already scary and frustrating experience. No one would help. I asked a "lead" to page and please ask other employees if the have seen her. He was caught up on a phone call. Apparently according to the teenager sitting around in customer service they only have 1 paging system and could not use it because the "lead" was on the phone. Walmart, as big as you are you only have 1 paging system?? Come on! Your store should DO BETTER! It was a missing elderly person but it could have been a missing child! No one seemed to care or be willing to help despite my obviously frantic request. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in your lack of service. Maybe consider hiring adults and not children who have zero compassion and interest in anyone but themselves. I truly did not expect such a lack of compassion. Yes I learned my lesson about leaving my mom alone. But I also learned that Walmart Pico Rivera doesn't care about its customers.

If your planning on buying something from Walmart through the internet, forget it, these people had me waiting 2 days for my confirmation for delivery, they couldn't even track the driver with my order, never again, I tried various times to get someone on phone to track it and they left me on hold indefinitely, never picked up the call, do yourself a favor and find a way to pick up. Very unprofessional.
