banks was terrible customer service this bitch took the check i was finna deposit and had me sit in the lobby for 40 whole minutes just to hear it didn't verify but when i went to a whole other bank it worked right away.

Terrible service from management to the every teller lots of gossiping going on and no service lines are long no customer service here .Go to whittier wells Fargo on telegraph. Look at pico rivera reviews all bad and the management states sorry to every reviews but hasn't fixed anything step in corporate.

There are never enough tellers and the ones they do have gab more than they work. The line is always out the door, especially on Friday, and the service is soooo slow!

I was at WF Pico branch at 9:40AM. Checked in using the QR code and received a text that I was the number 1 online. The guy banker inquiredcustomers who were sitting if we have an appt and I told him I don't but willing to wait. While waiting, I went to the teller to deposit checks.It was a long line but was able to finish my 1st transaction. Lady banker called those who checked in past 10AM. Never said a word about the waiting time to be entertained. To be productive, I checked and responded my office emails. Noticed that the guy who entertained me is gone. Around 10:50, I saw him back to his desk. Two old couples already disappointed about the long wait and talked to the lady with the customer and saw the another guy stood up and entertained them. So I called the other guy's attention on when I can be called in but the lady with a client stood up and told me that it doesn't mean I checked in a guarrantee that I will be assisted. Really????? Please be professional to let your customer know what's going on. Not happy with the service. I feel like being left off....like nobody..............The teller who entertained me with my deposit is very nice and very kind.This is one I give her 5 stars.

If you've ever heard of not enough tellers, how bout no tellers. This is definitely a sign of the end of walk in banks.

Not enough personnel, no one greets you, just a QR code. We are 4th in line to speak to a representative and have been waiting 15 minutes and we are still 4th! The bank is FULL and there are only 2 tellers and it is 11:30 in the morning. TERRIBLE

This wells branch used to be good when Jeff was working here. He's been gone about 1.5 years and this place keeps failing in customer service. It's a Monday afternoon and we have 1 teller for this enormous line. I remember when this branch used to care about its customers. They had a coffee machine, had bottled water and a separate line for merchants. Now all that is gone and so is the personnel touch that made you feel welcome. Very disappointing wells. If I didn't hate B of A so much I would take my business elsewhere.

This branch only gets WORSE. I scheduled an appointment to close my account I have multiple accounts. I get a call from the branch to confirm my appointment then I am told the owner needs to be present & I can't close the account. I AM THE OWNER ! I opened the account!! Francisco refused to give me any details he said he couldn't and would refuse to very anything over the phone. I tell him that I will go in person at that very moment and he says I can't because he's busy and has other appointments. I am infuriated with their lack of knowledge, & being unprofessional. I decided not to go to the branch and call WF directly as in person was not going to end well. The business rep over the phone was in disbelief at what I had gone through and explained to me Francisco was incorrect, so she was nice enough to close my account and I don't have to walk into the branch. I am relieved to be done with WF! Understaffed & incompetent is what that branch is!

Literally one of the worst banks/locations to exist, I really don't recommend banking with Wells Fargo to anyone especially friends and family, the wait to get to a teller is ridiculous EVERYTIME, they definitely need to get audited either by the BBB or amother outside organization.

SUPERRRRRRRR SLOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. Every time I come here. 10 customers in front of me, 3 tellers working the window and three just sitting in the back. It's Saturday , out of 15 windows only three have tellers. I'll be moving my out of this bank very soon !!!! ... and it's not just this location , it's every Wells Fargo location I've been to in the last 8 months or so !

Don't come to this branch there is a worker here on his phone doing nothing and I asked him for some quarters in change and he was being extremely rude. People at the Downey branch are much more pleasant and helpful.

This bank shouldn't even be on maps. Disgraceful, makes me want to stop being a Wells customer and I've been one since 2008. No bank tellers and it's only 3pm. I need to cash a check I have been waiting to cash since Saturday and now I have to walk back another 16m to tell my sells person banks are still closed.

So there was a longer line than normal but I realized that the two causes had nothing to do with the staff at this location. While in line I heard a few people mention that their regular branch in Santa Fe springs was closed and they were all funneling here and second there was what can only be described as a Karen harassing the entire staff she was super loud and the only reason I know all her business is cuz she was yelling it out. Plus she refused to move until she got what she wanted...typical Karen stuff. Everyone was super polite and helpful but sometimes you gotta accept that what you want may not be available, unfortunately she thinks she deserves special circumstances for no real reason. Look, I don't go to Burger King and ask for a Big Mac cuz that's just d**** Some people got some issues with entitlement. This poor staff is taking on the customers of an additional branch and this woman is trying to get extra for no reason. Stop projecting so much negativity. Be thankful businesses are open and people are working. Not all places can say the same. When people wonder why people can't staff their work places it's because of customer like her. My experience was great. Staff didn't let that rude woman ruin their vibe at all, good for them!

Worst place to ever bank with lines are ridiculous long. So many employees one window open while all the other employees are just standing talking to each other not doing anything and lines all the way out the door.
