BEWARE Gezhi Weng aka Daisy! Very Deceptive Company, tried to Charge $9,000 Prepayment Penalty when All Loan Docs Clearly said NO Prepayment Penalty! Stay away unless you want hidden illegal loan fees. Gezhi aka Daisy (NMLS #238251) sent a Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, and Final Loan Documents ALL saying there was NO Prepayment Penalty. BUT..... there was 1 single page, 1 piece of paper that said the complete opposite! 1 Page that said there was a $9,000 Prepayment Penalty. It was snuck into all the other mountain of papers and NEVER discussed, a document that wasn't recorded with the County on Title and wasn't part of the official documents and is totally ILLEGAL according to mortgage laws in the US. When the loan was paid off within 185 days due to much lower rates being available (3.25% lowered to 2.73%) through a different mortgage company she sent this email... "Dear (Name Removed), According to the title record, the loan that SunRise Realty and Financing (SunRiseRF) initiated for you which was funded on 3/20/2020 was paid off before 9/11/2020 which is less than 185 days after the closing. According to the contract that you signed with SunRiseRF, you owe SunRiseRF $9000 due to this early pay off. Please see your promise on the attached document. Please Zelle the money with email
